祈祷！以众生之肉为食者，以大肉（མ་ཧཱ་མཾ་ས་，mahāmāṃsa，大肉）严饰其身，以半月大供养，令饮血者亦展露笑容。以悦意之身示现，若衰败则彻底摧毁。瑜伽大母至尊，赐予具誓者成就。将三界转化为血，以大口吞饮。众多大小头颅，以咀嚼之声吞食。食之，食之，珍宝母！斩之，斩之，珍宝母！投之，投之，珍宝母！焚之，焚之，珍宝母！缚之，缚之，珍宝母！危害之魔众，极度嬉戏，如法地，投入饮血大尊之口。除饮血忿怒母外，无一存活，如是本誓之故，极喜杀戮之事。 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），诸佛之无尽庄严，具足自性黑汝嘎之威德。尸林之主，食肉之大母。具足诸佛之功德宝藏者。怀有菩提心之甚深密意而祈祷。具有五种颠倒愚痴者，引导并如法投入。一切之自在母，具自在之大母，尽情嬉戏吧！勇士饮血者亦融入身中而嬉戏。饮大血，食心肺，以贪婪之心成办瑜伽士之事业。具足我者，使坛城一切圆满。阿啦啦啦霍！具足身语意之瑜伽母。莲花语之佛母。贪欲之莲花广大母。大母忿怒自在母，具有五佛之顶严。红黑色身之装束母。三面六臂四足伸展。具足金刚杵与班杂，大口畅饮鲜血。伸展贪欲之掌，拥抱饮血莲花之身。具有千钧雷霆之光芒，驱散浓厚之黑暗。怒目獠牙，啃噬利齿。敲击小鼓，吞食大头。血肉淋漓，贪婪尸体。以众多事业之威力，亦能压倒大天之头。大梵天之大皮，亦作大母之衣裳。具发髻与发辫之母。

Pray! The one who consumes all living beings as food, Adorning her body with mahāmāṃsa (great meat), With the great offering of the crescent moon, even makes the blood drinkers smile. Showing a pleasing form, utterly destroys when decaying. The great Yogini, the supreme mother, bestows siddhis upon those with samaya. Transforming the three realms into blood, she consumes it with gulps. Many large and small heads, she consumes with chewing sounds. Eat, eat, precious mother! Chop, chop, precious mother! Throw, throw, precious mother! Burn, burn, precious mother! Bind, bind, precious mother! Even the demons who cause harm, play intensely and properly, throw them into the mouth of the great blood drinker. Except for the blazing blood drinker, none are left alive, because of her samaya, she greatly rejoices in the act of killing. Yogini possessing body, speech, and mind. Mother Buddha of the lotus speech. The vast mother of the lotus of desire. The great mother Krodheśvarī, adorned with the crowns of the five Buddhas. The mother with the appearance of a red-black body. Three faces, six arms, and four legs extended. Endowed with vajra and bandha, she drinks great blood with a churning sound. Stretching out the palms of desire, she embraces the body of the blood-drinking lotus. Possessing the light of a thousand lightning bolts, she dispels the thick, black darkness. Killing with angry eyes, bared fangs, and sharp teeth. Beating the small drum and eating the large heads. Dripping with flesh and blood, craving corpses. With the power of many actions, she also subdues the heads of the great gods. Even the great skin of the Great Brahma is worn as the garment of the great mother.
