母生圆满具，至极欢喜名自在，殊胜具足胜施主，是为皈依胜皈处。 世间敌者胜中胜，消除一切诸怖畏，顶髻发辫具发者，发髻束缚持髻冠。 五面五顶髻具足，五束发髻花冠饰，头圆苦行大行者，梵行苦行胜中胜。 苦行究竟大苦行，清净住者胜乔达摩，婆罗门梵天梵天智，寂灭获得于梵天。 解脱脱离极解脱身，极解脱寂静寂静性，寂灭寂静即寂灭，善逝寂灭甚为近。 遣除苦乐至边者，离贪超越于身者，无比无喻不可量，不显不现非明耀。 不变普行周遍者，微细无漏离种子，无尘离尘无垢染，断除罪过无过失。 极为觉醒觉醒主，普知普识是圣者，超越识之法性者，智慧无二持彼义。 无分别念任运成，三世诸佛所行事，无始无终之佛陀，初始之佛无因生。 智慧独眼无垢染，智慧身者如来也，语自在者语甚大，语之胜者语之王。 语之圣者胜者处，语之狮子无所畏，普皆观视极欢喜，光辉鬘者见者悦。 光明炽燃光荣幢，手持光焰普照者，大医之王是主宰，拔除痛苦无有上。 医方一切树中树，一切疾病大敌者，悲悯三界之胜者，具德星宿之轮圆。 十方虚空边际处，善立正法之胜幢，行时一伞甚宽广，具足慈悲之轮圆。 具德莲花舞自在，遍主大者珍宝伞，一切诸佛之光荣，一切诸佛之身持。 一切诸佛之瑜伽，一切诸佛之教法，金刚珍宝灌顶光，珍宝

Mother born perfectly endowed, Supreme joy, fame, and lord, glorious one, Supreme possessor, supreme giver, the chief one, The holy refuge, worthy of refuge. The enemy of the world, the best of the best, The one who dispels all fears without exception, With a topknot, with braids and locks, Wearing a crown of munjah grass. With five faces and five topknots, With five side locks and a flower crown, With a round head, a great ascetic, Celibate, the best of ascetics. Perfected in asceticism, great ascetic, Pure dweller, holy Gautama, Brahmin, Brahma, knower of Brahma, Nirvana, attainment of Brahma. Liberation, release, the body of complete liberation, Complete liberation, peace, the nature of peace, Nirvana, peace, that is, nirvana, Well-gone, very close to nirvana. Having reached the end of eliminating happiness and suffering, Detached, having transcended the body, Unsurpassable, incomparable, immeasurable, Invisible, unseen, not illuminating. Unchanging, all-going, pervasive, Subtle, without outflows, devoid of seeds, Without dust, free from dust, without stain, Abandoning faults, without defects. Extremely awakened, the lord of awakening, All-knowing, all-wise, the holy one, Having transcended the nature of consciousness, Holding the manner of non-duality of wisdom. Spontaneously accomplished, without conceptualization, Acting as the Buddhas of the three times, Buddha without beginning or end, The first Buddha, born without cause. One wisdom eye, without stain, The wisdom body, the Thus-Gone One, The lord of speech, the great speaker, The supreme of speakers, the king of speakers. The holy one of speakers, the place of the supreme, The lion of speakers, without fear, Always looking, extremely joyful, A garland of splendor, beautiful to behold. A good light, blazing, a glorious banner, Holding a blazing light in his hand, illuminating, The great physician, the chief one, The one who extracts thorns, unsurpassed. The tree of all medicines, The great enemy of all diseases, The best of the three worlds, compassionate, Possessing a wheel of glorious stars.
