是從鳥王卡茹那裡取來的已死之人的心。與那伽 केसर（Nagakeśara）以及禿鷲的心、內臟的心、五種大精華的心混合後修持並食用，將會憶起三有之神魔的出生處，以及三世的出生處。念誦並修持此咒：嗡 札雅 悉地 菩提 梭哈！（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་བོ་དྷི་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城體：हूं चित्त सिद्धि बोधि स्वाहा，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ citta siddhi bodhi svāhā，漢語字面意思：吽，心，成就，菩提，梭哈！）智慧身，願金剛堅固 悉地 吽！（藏文：ཛྙཱ་ན་ཀཱ་ཡ་བ་ཏུ་བཛྲ་སི་ ཏི་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：ज्ञानाकायावतु वज्र सिति हूं，梵文羅馬擬音：jñānakāyāvatu vajra siti hūṃ，漢語字面意思：智慧身，願金剛堅固，悉地，吽！）這樣念誦。 這裡修持瑪爾舌頭的神通。名為鏡子般的舌頭。蘋果花和名為斯當帕爾哈斯的花，也就是蘿蔔花兩種，以及大精華、內臟的舌頭、腦髓和牛黃混合後修持。念誦此咒並食用，將會品嚐到各種味道，舌頭舒適，語言能被神魔理解。嗡 吉哈 雅尼 達 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཛི་ཧ་བྱ་གཉའ་ནི་ཏ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：हूं जिह्वज्यानि तः हूं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ jihvajyāni taḥ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：嗡，舌頭，弓，那，吽！）這樣念誦。 這裡，瑪爾瑪二十一和阿如拉二十一，從中熬製。阿如拉蘇爾布讓帕，將熬製的汁液與阿如拉混合後飲用。咒語是：巴亞蘇夏達蘇亞 吽 斯 梭地！（藏文：བྱར་སུ་ཤ་ཏ་སུ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་སི་སྭ་ཏི།，梵文天城體：भ्यार सुशत सुय हूं सि स्वाति，梵文羅馬擬音：bhyāra suśata suya hūṃ si svāti，漢語字面意思：巴亞，蘇夏達，蘇亞，吽，斯，梭地！）獲得持明。男人飲用會生男孩。這樣念誦。 還有，這裡修持獲得神通的厲鬼。在月食之夜，修持木星的神通。從五種牛奶中收集供奉木星的物品，在地上曬乾。建立壇城，隨意選擇息增懷誅，好好進行木星的儀軌。在月食完全恢復時，將木星握在手中，念誦這個心咒：嗡 伊伊瑪 美米米。吉利 吉拉亞 薩 吽！金剛吉利 吉拉亞 悉地 吽！吉利 吉拉亞 嘉納 吽！（藏文：ཨཱ+ོཾ་ཨི་ཨི་མ་མེ་མི་མི། ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ཡ་ས་ཧཱུཾ། བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ཡ་སི་ཏི་ཧཱུཾ། ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ཡ་ཛྙ་ན་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城體：आः+ओं इ इ म मे मि मि। कीलि कीलाय सः हूं। वज्र कीलि कीलाय सिति हूं। कीलि कीलाय ज्ञान हूं।，梵文羅馬擬音：āḥ+oṃ i i ma me mi mi। kīli kīlāya saḥ hūṃ। vajra kīli kīlāya siti hūṃ। kīli kīlāya jñāna hūṃ।，漢語字面意思：啊+嗡，伊 伊 瑪 美 米 米。吉利 吉拉亞 薩 吽！金剛 吉利 吉拉亞 悉地 吽！吉利 吉拉亞 嘉納 吽！）念誦心咒，吉拉亞從早晨開始變得熱氣騰騰。木星光芒四射。因為是修持木星，所以無論對魔、羅剎、仇敵、邪引者施法都會生效，所以要這樣修持。敵人將會成為斷絕七代血脈的劊子手。 這裡展示了投擲詛咒物和殺死敵人的方法。將詛咒物的材料準備齊全。在月食之夜，準備投擲詛咒物的容器。黑豆和黑芥末，用黑色的犛牛毛覆蓋詛咒物的容器口，封閉容器口。

It is the heart of a dead person taken from the Garuda bird king. When mixed with Nagakesara, the heart of a vulture, the heart of the intestines, and the hearts of the five great essences, practiced and eaten, one will remember the birthplaces of gods and demons in the three realms, and the birthplaces of the three times. Recite and practice this mantra: Om citta siddhi bodhi svāhā! Jñānakāyavatu vajra siti hūṃ! Recite like this. Here, practice the clairvoyance of the tongue. It is called the mirror-like tongue. Apple blossoms and the flower called stangpalhas, which is radish flower, and the great essence, the tongue of the intestines, the brain, and gorocana are mixed and practiced. Reciting this mantra and eating it, one will taste various flavors, the tongue will be comfortable, and the words will be understood by gods and demons. Om jihvajyāni taḥ hūṃ! Recite the approach like this. Here, twenty-one marmas and twenty-one aruras are boiled from it. Arura sulbu rangpa, mix the boiled juice with arura and drink. The mantra is: Bhyāra suśata suya hūṃ si svāti! Obtain the vidyādhara. If a man drinks it, he will give birth to a boy. Recite the approach like this. Also, here, practice obtaining the power of the fierce deity. On the night of a lunar eclipse, practice the clairvoyance of Jupiter. Collect the offerings to Jupiter from five kinds of milk, dry them on the ground. Establish a mandala, choose whichever you want from pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful, and perform the ritual of Jupiter well. When the lunar eclipse is completely restored, hold Jupiter in your hand and recite this heart mantra: Om i i ma me mi mi. Kīli kīlāya saḥ hūṃ! Vajra kīli kīlāya siti hūṃ! Kīli kīlāya jñāna hūṃ! Recite the heart mantra, and from morning on, the kīlaya will become hot and steaming. Jupiter is radiant. Because it is the practice of Jupiter, whatever is cast on demons, rakshasas, enemies, or misleaders will be effective, so practice like this. The enemy will become the executioner who cuts off seven generations of lineage. Here, the method of throwing the zor and killing the enemy is shown. Prepare the materials for the zor completely. On the night of a lunar eclipse, prepare the container for throwing the zor. Black beans and black mustard seeds, cover the mouth of the zor container with black yak wool, and seal the mouth of the container.
