Why is that? Because in all of that, there is no good or bad, no accepting or rejecting. Question: What is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)"? Answer: What is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" is that which is upright and in accordance with meaning. Going upwards is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", that is, the Buddha's words are " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", they are unchangeable. The Vajra Master's words are " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", they are without error. One's own realization is " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", it is without fabrication. Why is that? The Buddha's words are " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", they are unchangeable, because the Tathagata abides in the nature of reality through power, not like the teachers of the extremists, who have an agent and a subject of action, and characteristics of permanence and annihilation. All of this meaning, when realized by the Vajra Master, and taught without exaggeration to those who are vessels, then the " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" reaches the top, and there is no error in the cause of samsara and the lower realms. One's own realization is " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", it is without fabrication, because the nature of reality cannot be expressed in words and letters, it is not made by the Buddhas, not fabricated by sentient beings, it transcends the limits of making and fabricating. When one realizes " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" in this way, one cannot be fabricated by karma and suffering, because it is without fabrication. What is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" is certainty. What is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" is without fault. What is called " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)" is ultimate. Why is that? Because the Buddhas of the past, and the Buddhas of the present and future, also became Buddhas by realizing the meaning of the certainty of " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)". Similarly, the Vajra Masters of the past, present, and future also attained accomplishment by realizing the meaning of the faultlessness of " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)". Similarly, future yogis who are vessels, if they realize the meaning of " ಪ್ರಮಾಣ (pramāṇa, 量)", will become Buddhas in the state of Vidyadhara in one lifetime. Question: How is one called a "Buddha"? Answer: What is called "Buddha", if it is also called sentient beings, it refers to the realization that has become the expanse, and is practiced. Why is that? Because all sentient beings have the essence of Bodhicitta, and all Buddhas arise from sentient beings. Realizing in this way that it has become the expanse, the grasped and the grasper, permanence and annihilation, existence and non-existence, suffering, etc., are purified, and the king of non-conceptual awareness spontaneously expands, thereby transcending samsara and nirvana.

All the teachings of the Buddhas are fully attained. Furthermore, the term "Buddha" refers to the Buddha-nature, which is without substance or characteristics, and becomes Buddha because of the complete realization and expansion of that nature. Question: Since the nature of reality is unborn and without duality, how should we understand the activities of sentient beings? Answer: The term "sentient being" refers to those who, due to ignorance, grasp at characteristics in all phenomena and rely on the dualistic thoughts of grasping and being grasped. Furthermore, there are three types of Rudra: grasping at an object where there is no object to be grasped externally is Mātṛka Rudra Grasping at a mind where there is no mind to be grasped internally is Ākāśa Rudra The two aspects of grasping and being grasped, which arise from the increase of object and mind, are Khaṭvāṅga Rudra These three types of Rudra are also sentient beings. Furthermore, yogis who engage in Dharma in a perverse manner are also sentient beings. Engaging in Dharma in a perverse manner means that when practicing the Great Vehicle Vajrayana, they practice the teachings of the lower vehicles, like a king managing the affairs of his subjects, and denigrate it with slanders and so on. Or, even if they practice the Secret Vehicle, they do not understand it with insight, but practice it in a mocking way. Because they lack a basis in the words, they become isolated from others, and internal factions disagree, leading to disputes, contradictions, and errors. All of these are sentient beings because they cling to characteristics. Therefore, one should not teach even a single word of the great secret tantras to those who have degenerated in the practice of bindu, who create Vajra hells, who have turned away from the path of compassion, and who are the three types of unsuitable vessels. If one teaches them, they will be born in the Avīci hell and the hell of sentient beings. Degenerating in the practice of bindu means that in the guru's teachings, bindu is straight and expansive, pervading all things and expanding into the nature of reality. However, all actions are practiced perversely, so it is called degenerating in the practice of bindu. That is, breaking the three root samayas, especially practicing with the guru's consort, and the secret of the dwelling place, engaging in ignorant actions with Vajra brothers and secret, intimate friends, stealing the secret teachings of the definitive secret instructions, lacking lineage, and teaching everything to everyone without receiving empowerment.
