Because, having exhausted the sins, one will not speak false words, because there is no cause. It should be known that the exhaustion of sins is in the scriptures. Thus it is said. Fourthly, there are two types: the words of the Buddha and the treatises. As it is said in the covenant of the "Gathering of the Blissful Ones, Section on Grounds": All the teachings of the Great Sage, are summarized as the words of the Buddha and the treatises. Thus it is said. The words of the Buddha have definition, meaning, and classification. The first is: That which arises from the Buddha, who shows the uncommon cause, and possesses four special qualities, is the speech of the Victorious One, residing in the Sutra or Tantra section. That is, the subject matter is meaningful, the expression is immaculate, the function is to abandon the afflictions of the three realms, and the result is to show the benefit of peace. As stated in the Sutra that encourages aspiration with four special qualities. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: Whatever is meaningful, closely related to Dharma, and the speech that completely abandons afflictions from the three realms, whatever shows the benefit of peace, that is the speech of a sage, which prevents others. Thus it is said. The second is: From the sound of "Subhashita" (Sanskrit, सुभाषित, subhāṣita, literal meaning in Chinese: well-spoken), because it is well-spoken, it is the word of the Buddha. The scriptures, the sacred texts, and the Agamas are all synonyms. Thirdly, the classification has five types, namely, classification from the perspective of cause, time category, antidote, and faculty. The first is, as it is said in the continuation of the previous Agama of the "Gathering of Bliss": The words of the Buddha are of three types: spoken from the mouth, blessed, and permitted. Therefore, there are three types of Buddha's words: spoken from the mouth, blessed, and permitted. The first is, like the "Arya Samgraha Sutra" spoken by the Teacher himself, and the "Manjushri Namasamgiti" spoken at the request of the retinue. Secondly, there are the Buddha's words blessed by body, speech, and mind. The first is, like the "Dashabhumika Sutra," where the Bhagavan blessed by placing his hand on the crown of the head, and Vajragarbha and Vimukticandra arose with the courage to explain and ask questions. The second is, like the Bhagavan said: Manjushri, please dispel the regret of Ajatashatru! Therefore, the Sutra spoken by Manjushri dispelling the regret of Ajatashatru. Thirdly, there are the Buddha's words blessed by the mind's samadhi, by the power of the mind's truth, by the power of the mind's compassion. The first is, Bhagavan.
