The meaning of connection. It is said that the five elements appear like illusions, and due to the uninterrupted cause, they transform into anything, which are the five aggregates. Because cause and effect are interconnected, it is a net. Therefore, the wisdom realm of emptiness and the wisdom of spontaneously arising wisdom of skillful means are interconnected, which is the ultimate illusory net. Its symbol is the union of the father and mother deities, which is the provisional symbolic illusory net. Alternatively, illusion is conceptual thought, transformation is the deity, and the net is the inseparable connection of the two natures. As the "Branch" says, "The wisdom of the five aggregates of illusion, transforms into the five families through self-awareness." Also, as the Lama said, "The co-emergent mandala is a great illusion, the many connections are the meaning of the net." In the fourth chapter of this scripture, it is said that the father is the illusion and the mother is the net. The determination of what names the base and result attain, the connection between the actions of knowing what is to be known and the path, and the tantra of the path's conditions and letters, are also called Vajrasattva Mayajala Tantra. Second, the name is given from greatness, which is the general outline of the scriptures. As the Vajra says, "The individual teachings are the ocean of tantras, here it is taught, with this it is taught, therefore it is taught. All meanings are completely fulfilled in this, therefore it is said to be the general outline of the scriptures." Also, as this scripture says, "The general outline of the scriptures of all characteristics and tantras." Third, the name is given from the nature of the meaning itself. As the "Small Commentary" says, "Because of the nature of going first, it is best to say the name first." Thus, the name placed at the beginning of the scripture will be explained. The second division has two parts: the classification of the meanings and the classification of the words. The first has five parts: the cause of the arising of the tantra - the basis of the topic, the condition - the initiation of the topic, the result - the necessary connection of the meaning of the tantra that should be fully understood, the advice to the retinue and the entrustment of the teachings. First, as the "Later Tantra, Ngok Translation" says, "The teacher and others are well distinguished, and are said to be the five perfections." Therefore, when the teacher and retinue gather, the meaning of the tantra arises is inevitable, so the possession of the five perfections is the basis of the topic. Why is it called the basis of the topic? From the word Dana, distinguish whether it is the Buddha's word or not.

In order to instill firm conviction by recounting the stories of the five perfections, and because what is to be discussed is the cause or basis for the arising of the meaning of the tantras. Divisions: There are two types of topics: uncommon and common. The first is: those that are explained in conjunction with the path of means, like explaining inner secrets. The second is: the topic of the enjoyment body, or the special topic of the arising of the tantras; and incidentally, the topic of the wrathful deities taught for the purpose of taming disciples; the topic of the emanation body taming beings, or what is known as the general topic of the teachings. Second, the cause for initiating the discussion: From the Thugs Thig: "The teacher grants permission and the retinue requests. From the occasion, the teacher and retinue initiate the discussion. Whatever becomes the cause for granting permission and asking, thereby not touching the spoken word." Therefore, through the combination of the teacher and retinue's questions and answers, the meaning of the tantra arises in accordance with the minds of the disciples, without being irrelevant. Why is it called initiating the discussion? Because what is to be discussed is the meaning of the tantra, and what prompts the discussion is the initiation, because it is the cause for the arising of the teachings. Divisions: There are two types of initiating the discussion: uncommon and common. The first is: the teacher, father and mother, welcomes the assembly by bestowing profound empowerments together, and initiates the discussion by holding the aspect of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, there are three. The second is: the retinue requests the tantra to be taught for the benefit of others, thereby generating the teacher's compassion, and he is pleased to explain it through direct and indirect means. Third, the fruition is complete knowledge, explaining the meaning of the tantra is divided into two: generally explaining the nature of the three tantras; specifically explaining the conditions of the path, the entities of the tantra. The first is: As it says in the Uttaratantra: "Tantra is explained as continuous, from means and cause arises the effect." Therefore, in general, it is called tantra because of its continuous meaning. Divisions: What is to be realized is the base or the tantra of the cause, what realizes and traverses is the tantra of the means or path, and where one ultimately arrives is the tantra of the result. The first is: "Without bondage, without liberation, the Buddha Dharma is spontaneously perfect from the beginning." And as it says in the Extensive: "All self-aware Bodhicitta, that is explained as the measure of scripture." Therefore, the basis is bondage.
