Translation. Applied by the work of Vajra Immortal. Or footprints on the ground, When tree leaves are struck by the wind, Establish the sign as a name. Urgently urge from the name, With the wrathful deity of blazing Vajra, Leading Yama to the front, Pressing down in front of the obstacles, This also becomes the work of expulsion. Or at the enemy's door, On an unbroken skull, Write the words of the Vajra mantra, Meditate on the form of the Vajra Immortal. If placed at the enemy's door, Expulsion will surely occur without doubt. If the work of separation is done, Alternate the mantra and name of the wrathful deity, Write it on an owl's feather, Wrap it with the hair of a Brahmin or ascetic, Dig and insert it at the crossroads. If these two Vajra wrathful deities, You contemplate as fighting and arguing, Then surely kill and separate. If the work of suppression is done, Then combine that hook, Becoming the appearance of manifest hooking, On top of that, generate great power in sequence. Meditating on the top of Mount Meru, Is the deity of action, the meaning is accomplished. With the majestic Vajra crossed vajra, Contemplate suppressing for a long kalpa. Place the image in a complete skull, Do the same at the crossroads. This will greatly suppress. If you want to bind, Then combine that hook, That name with a sign, Wrap the head and body with five-colored threads, Contemplate binding with a Vajra lock, Place it in an undamaged skull, If hidden at the crossroads or charnel ground, Binding will surely occur. Furthermore, the ascetic practice of killing, With blood and urine feces, Wearing clothes that have been wetted, Acting as the king of wrathful deities, After pressing the image with your feet, Angrily recite the hundred and eight secret mantras, Complete recitation will surely lead to death. Abandoning the ashes of dust, Or scattering hair and being naked is also acceptable. With such a practice, If even the Buddhas would die, What need is there to mention the beings of the three realms? Having said this, all the assembled retinue were terrified, rising from their respective seats, prostrating their bodies on the ground, performing the yoga prostration, displaying various miracles, and praising with rare and wonderful Vajra words: Emaho, wonderful, amazing!

The main source of all miraculous transformations, the supreme master of all wonders, I prostrate and pay homage to the Vajra King. Bodhisattva mandala and mudras, recitation, practice, and accomplishment, vows, clear entry into activities, and the lord of Nantar, I pay homage to you! You are the father of all Buddhas, and also become the heart of the Tathagata's son. The place of refuge for us, the main tamer of the unruly, I pay homage to you! Emaho! Manifest and unmanifest, stable and moving, and so on, the illusory net of all dharmas appears in delusion. Inconceivable, immeasurable, beyond thought, all dharmas, amazing, rare, various miraculous transformations appear everywhere. From the realm of non-conceptual equality, no matter how much it transforms, not even a particle moves from the realm. The miraculous transformation of ultimate truth, the great difference of conventional secret mantras, rare emaho! How wonderful! Having prayed in unison like this, some of the assembled retinue contemplate the nature of bodhicitta and remain silent. Some gradually draw mandalas, some naturally display dances and mudras, some enter the profound gate of secret mantras, engaging in the four aspects of recitation and practice without turning back, some display the greatness of amazing rarity, some guard the vows of secret mantras dwelling in their hearts, some revel in profound asceticism, some threaten and subdue the violent masses, some are delighted by dullness, stiffness, desire, arrogance, and the play of union activities, some display the greatness of Nantar and make ringing sounds. All become mad practitioners. The Bhagavan, the Lord of Secrets, inseparable from the mother Wrathful Queen, contemplates in such a realm of suchness, remaining silent. In the holy tantra king, the 'Wisdom Wrathful Lightning Wheel Sutra,' the sixteenth chapter, which separately divides the order of Nantar activities, is complete. The Indian Khenpo Pandit, Vajra Vishwamitra, and the reviser translator Pago Vairochana Rakshita translated, revised, and finalized it.
