。左右手指剧烈摇动。 如是说。《圣妙吉祥友根本续智慧火焰电轮经》中，怖畏金刚手印品第十。 之后，薄伽梵秘密主进入了持续修持的禅定。进入之后，也从修持甚深坛城的这些身语意金刚中 生出。 修持支分虽无数， 然于一切坛城中， 为瑜伽士入之义， 略摄为四种宣说。 初为念诵作宣说， 二者即是近念诵， 三者名为修持也， 最后名为大修持。 于差别当知晓已， 其后诸业当起首。 念诵修持差别当知， 安住于彼极珍爱。 彼等不知不安住， 修持亦不成就故， 诸业起首亦无义， 是故精勤励力行。 念诵禅定善巧合， 菩提心性当了知。 安住于近念诵故， 自性观为大手印。 彼亦秘密咒之主， 明妃生起及劝请。 修持如是胜者说， 方便智慧相合故， 自之本尊瑜伽说， 何者金刚得成就， 修持大者如是称。 菩提心性之谓者， 乃是胜义之心也， 诸法一切无实故， 当以自心而了知， 是为念诵之誓言。 自性大手印者乃， 咒主装束之形相， 禅定精勤当坚固。 一切本为天性故， 自性即是天之相， 具足四印及诸相， 知即近念之誓言。 明妃生起及劝请， 所依当为智慧母， 具相吉祥秘密藏， 莲花生殖秘密处， 乃是诸佛之宫殿， 过去诸佛出生处， 未来诸佛行去迹， 现在 诸佛安住之所依， 瑜伽士前如是显现。玛

Having understood the distinctions, Then the actions should be started. The distinctions of recitation and accomplishment should be known, And dwelling in them is greatly cherished. Because they do not know or dwell in them, Even if accomplished, it will not be achieved, Even if actions are started, they will be meaningless, Therefore, diligently exert effort. By skillfully combining the samadhi of recitation, The nature of bodhicitta should be known. By dwelling in near recitation, Oneself should meditate as the great mudra. That is also the lord of secret mantras, The arising and summoning of the vidya. Accomplishment is what the Victorious Ones say, Because of the union of skillful means and wisdom, The yoga of one's own deity is spoken of, Whatever vajra will be accomplished, Is called great accomplishment. What is called the nature of bodhicitta, Is the mind of ultimate meaning, Because all phenomena are unreal, It should be known by one's own mind, This is said to be the vow of recitation. The great mudra of oneself is, In the form of the attire of the lord of mantras, The samadhi should be firmly established. Because everything is the nature of the deity, Oneself is the characteristic of the deity, Possessing the four mudras and all aspects, Knowing is the vow of near recitation.
