For those who are not in its realm of activity, everything arises from nothing, and whose wisdom is fully arranged, thus, whoever is determined to be prophesied in yoga, here everything is absorbed, and realized by the noble ones, and arranged without being mixed with anything, and because it is determined to arise and arise in twelve stages. How does the lord of Lanka gather into ten sutras? It is gathered only into ten boundaries. It should be taken as the basis like this. The continuum should be liberated. The door should be opened. It should be brought to completion. Everything should be gathered. The side should be abandoned. The ground should be divided. Experience should be gained. Hardship should be reduced. It should be made into one sutra. O Lord of Lanka, know that the basis of all dharmas is samaya. The place of samaya is like this: What should be protected is what cannot be protected. The nature of dharma is the noble samaya. Since everything is the nature of nobility, one should not violate anything. Whoever this nobility dwells in is the place of the noble vidyadhara. For the objects to be protected, accumulating illusion without deception is nobility. In this profound, vast, and extensive samaya, the discipline of such fame, and as many activities of thought, all are purified here by guarding the samaya. This samaya is very wonderful, because it is not common to all, for all small faiths, the boundaries of protection should be taken. The Great Vehicle completely secret. For those who have become unsuitable vessels, the outer, inner, and secret should be protected by means of concealment. Whatever vessels are not the abode of the teachings, the distinctions gathered by the four aspects, etc., the excellent ones of the future should speak after examining them for the sake of secrecy. This great secret wish-fulfilling jewel is not a fault of having faults, but for the benefit of those of small intelligence, it is extremely secret by means of compassion. With worldly people and Hinayana, and those who are wrongly inclined to wrong views, those who lack faith, have poor intelligence, are distracted and dull, whoever does not strive is like darkness. This is wrong, this is broken vows, from this is wrong, the rope of Bodhi is cut from the root, the sprout of the mind withers, and is planted head down in the mud of evil destinies. Although the meaning of secrets is spoken in words, this hidden secret cannot be known. To cunning and self-proclaimed intelligent friends, one should especially speak of what should be kept secret. In those four limbs themselves is

Those who do not cultivate the experience of meaningless sounds, who are unable to handle whatever is entrusted, are leaking into the essence-less samsara. Even if one speaks of the three treasures of view, samaya, and conduct, one does not abide in the endless realm of attachment. Tormented by deceit, jealousy, and miserliness, clinging to useless dharmas as if they were real, in that dharma, it is not that, and if one says that yogis are inferior, one becomes a breaker of vows and falls into samsara. Speculating, guessing, quoting special words, being two-faced, and cursing anyone with ignorance are all vow-breakers, willing to do anything for the sake of pride in this life. Stealing, deceiving, being cunning, seducing and deceiving others, delighting in flattering words for the sake of material gain, being arrogant, wanting to boast, pretending, speaking falsely, and being poisonous will ultimately lead to downfall. Thus, for such a bad vessel that will be defeated, the great secret is only a secret. Because it is deep and difficult to fathom, even if taught, it will become a place of defeat and downfall. Therefore, it should not be taught. If it is taught, then the one who teaches and the one who listens will become the cause of destroying the view, and both will be burned. To the yogi who is wise, clear, and meaningful, whatever thoughts are generated by those who do not know yoga, out of arrogance or jealousy, for as many kalpas as there are thoughts, they will experience unpleasant fruits. If one rejoices in the happiness of others, one must re-enter for as many kalpas. Even those who are wise, clear, and meaningful, if they think like the above, will fall into a bad state, and the wise cannot save them. To the holy yogi who has arisen in the proper way, if one disturbs him with weapon-like words, fabricating facts, singing songs of slander, and speaking evil, one will fall into the vajra of hell. The ripening of karma from the past will also appear as it is. The yogi of inferior fortune, whose roots are weakened and whose nature is flawed, possesses evil causes, anger, and violence, and engages in unpleasant and slanderous actions. Whoever has an ignorant nature, is childish and weak-minded, relies on pretenders with a very inferior view. Whoever possesses the vows of the holy, whose loving conduct is always patient, thus seeks auspicious meanings, and has no desire for them, while acting like a monkey with vows, will never become a Buddha who has attained the essence of enlightenment. I have never truly seen one appear. Having become a son of the Victorious Ones.
