Then accomplishments will arise. From the life-force manifested from the tantra of all the qualities of the Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, the third chapter, the chapter on extending life. ཨྠི+ྀ། A yogi with faith and diligence, of the Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, having firmly practiced the root and branches, the method for increasing merit, on the fifteenth day of the waxing moon, on a flawless yellow silk of four cubits, writing oneself with precious gold, at the end of the root mantra of the heart mantra, puṇyajñānapuṣṭiṃ kuru oṃ svāhā (功德，智慧，增长，做，唵，梭哈)，reciting as much as possible, a hundred thousand or a million times, with various silks and precious jewels, wearing it on the body unseen by people, merit and power will greatly increase, transforming the reins of beings as desired.
