The first chapter, the introduction, from The Guhyagarbha Tantra, Decisive of the Very Nature of Reality. Then, the Bhagavan, the Doer, Vajra Mind Samantabhadra, in the manner of the nature of all without exception, became united with the Vajra Queen, the Mother of Dharma, Samantabhadri. Having united, all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times, without exception, with the indivisible nature of one, the Tathagata himself spoke this special verse to the Tathagata himself: Emaho! The vajra aggregate of limbs Is known as the five complete Buddhas. All the many sense bases and elements Are the mandala of the Bodhisattvas themselves. Earth, water, eye, and Māmaki, Fire, wind, white-clad Tārā, The sovereign mother of the sphere of space, The three realms are primordially Buddha-fields. All without exception are dharmas. They are not other than Buddhahood itself. Dharmas other than Buddhahood itself Cannot be attained by Buddhahood itself. Having spoken thus, all the Tathagatas were pleased. Then, the Queen, the Mother of Dharma, Samantabhadri, having become non-dual with the Bhagavan Mind Samantabhadra, spoke this special verse: Alas, the empty sphere of the ten directions is primordially empty. The three realms are themselves pure lands. The five degenerations are themselves the place of bliss. The five aggregates are themselves complete Buddhas. Since all are the supreme essence, One does not seek the victorious dharma elsewhere. The dharma called "other than oneself" Cannot be attained by the victorious ones even if sought. Having spoken thus, all are primordially enlightened. The Tathagata himself knows this. Then, the great self of non-duality spoke this, generating the primordially enlightened mind as wisdom: Emaho! Wondrous and amazing is the dharma! The secret of all the complete Buddhas! From the unborn, all are born. Even in being born, there is no birth. Emaho! Wondrous and amazing is the dharma! The secret of all the complete Buddhas! From the unceasing, all cease. Even in ceasing, there is no cessation. Emaho! Wondrous and amazing is the dharma! The secret of all the complete Buddhas! From the un abiding, all abide. Even in abiding, there is no abiding. Emaho! Wondrous and amazing is the dharma! The secret of all the complete Buddhas! From the un fixated, all are fixated. Even in being fixated, there is no fixation.

Ema, how wondrous and marvelous is the Dharma! The secret of all complete Buddhas! From the absence of going and coming, there is going and coming! Even in the very going and coming, there is no going and coming! Having said this, all the Tathagatas and all the assemblies of consorts were filled with joy. Then, all the Tathagatas, together with the assemblies of consorts, spoke this verse: Ema, from the very beginning, it is the secret Dharma! In the midst of various appearances, its nature is secret! Its intrinsic essence is utterly secret! It is extremely secret, not found elsewhere! Having said this, all the Tathagatas and all the Dharmas, from the very beginning, are of the nature of being one with the essence of Buddhahood. Although they are indivisible, from the conceptual thoughts of beings, from ignorance, the realms of the five destinies ripen in an inconceivable manner. From this, great compassion and the great wisdom of the Buddhas arise, and they speak this verse: Ema, from the Sugata-garbha, one's own conceptual thoughts are emanated by karma, various bodies and enjoyments, places and sufferings, and so forth. One grasps at them separately as "I" and "mine." No one has bound them; there is no bondage, for there is nothing to be bound. By grasping at conceptual thoughts as "I," one futilely ties knots in the sky. The Dharma of Buddhahood, which is without bondage and without liberation, spontaneously perfect from the very beginning, performs various displays in order to teach. Thus, the Tathagata speaks specifically to the Tathagata. The second chapter, on generating the wisdom of ultimate and conventional bodhicitta from the certainty of the secret essence of Suchness. Then, from all the Tathagatas, six Thubpas, the noble beings of the lineage called the blessing of great compassion, emerge from the body, speech, and mind vajras of the Tathagatas. Having emerged, also due to the power of karma, in each of the three thousand great thousand worlds of the ten directions, boundless and limitless, of the six realms of existence, both peaceful and turbulent, each Thubpa, each Bhagavan, benefits the beings of the five destinies with four types of taming, namely, showing birth, renunciation, practicing austerities, attaining Buddhahood, subduing the Maras, turning the wheel of Dharma, displaying great miracles, passing into nirvana, and so forth. The Thubpas know all times—past, present, and future—and the minds of all beings.
