If these vows are kept in this way, it means that everything is unmoving. By guarding against the clinging to points and letters, it is the activity that accords with the vow's teachings. If these vows are not kept, everything appears as self-nature bodhicitta. Since nothing else is established, what is there to guard? This is the activity of non-transgression of vows. Even if these vows are broken, realization is liberated in the expanse. Having completed what has been started, and having made siddhis workable, it is the activity of unbroken vows. Even if these vows are broken, because the great primordial has blessed everything, there is no cause for breaking, so there is no vow to be guarded. This is the activity of vows that need not be guarded. Therefore, all the activities of vows are vows that need not be guarded and are not broken in all ways and at all times. To that, one should say this: The king of vows, the spontaneously accomplished essence, is supreme. From the profound secret, definite, non-transgressing sacred Dharma, having been thoroughly revealed by being asked by a meaningful person, it should be shown to all by the lion among men. For all things and characteristics, whatever is guarded without transgression, this is also the activity of vows. For all afflictions and pains, whatever is guarded without wavering, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is done in accordance with the scriptures, this is also the activity of vows. The gate of wisdom is wide open, in accordance with the Dharma, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is eaten purely and without defilement, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is combined without good or bad, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is liberated without love or hate, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is walked without acceptance or rejection, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is enjoyed without obstruction or attachment, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is known without attachment or aversion, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is accomplished with ability, this is also the activity of vows. If meaning is revealed through capacity, this is also the activity of vows. Without distraction from the expanse of certainty, this is also the activity of vows. Whatever is holding or carrying this tantra, or reading or diligently practicing, and whatever is known in the mind, this is also the activity of vows. The mantra practitioner, endowed with intelligence and faith, without attachment to wealth, this is also the activity of vows. Abandoning deceit and hypocrisy, the path of truth, this is also the activity of vows. Things

All these dharmas, whoever knows their unborn nature, this is also the samaya activity. Because of not knowing the samaya activity, the precepts will be practiced in a wrong way. To the meaningless dharma, one attaches distinctions. To the natureless, one clings to sectarianism. To equality, one makes acceptance and rejection. To the definitive meaning, one makes distinctions. Without the guru's words, one increases arrogance. Wanting to know oneself, there is no certainty. Seeking the wrong path, the truth is obscured. Jealous of everything, contending with everyone. The samaya is not kept, it is the field of decline. It is the basis of samsaric dharma, it is the wrong path. Wisdom is meaningless, it is the word of promiscuity. Meaningless, empty and boring. There is no reason that accords with meaning, it is the mad language of limitless beings. Therefore, opening the door of samsara, taking it from the hand and manifesting it. Because the nature of mind is one with me, one should drink the blood of the heart. If one can liberate them, one will attain great bliss, this is also the samaya activity. If one leaves them, it will become the cause of decline. Then, the demonstrator in samadhi, the Vajra Master spoke these words: The source of the wish-fulfilling jewel, the master possessing wisdom and instructions, whoever opens the door of certainty, should lead with unsparing offerings, all the aggregates of body, speech and mind, should be respectfully offered to the master. Making offerings to that master is like making offerings to the Buddhas of the ten directions. Prostrating to that lama is like honoring the Buddhas. Disparaging the Vajra Master is like deceiving all the Buddhas. Without honoring the master, and without obtaining the definitive understanding of the instructions, if someone uses the teachings arbitrarily, it will be fruitless and will be destroyed. At no time, in the three times, should one be separated, and one should please that lama with offerings. Because his mind is the straightness of bodhicitta, it is like making offerings to all the victors. By this, one obtains the non-dual siddhi, he will become a Buddha. Then, the excellent son of the lineage, should listen to this tantra in accordance with the texts, listen carefully and hold it in mind. Because the mantras and mudras are continuous, no matter the time, number and kalpa, do not interrupt these. For the secret, although there is no distinction, but for those who break the samaya, it should be kept secret, and for those who are not vessels, it should be kept extremely secret. For those that should be practiced, one should clearly understand them in order, and for the sake of clearly distinguishing them, one should explain them by liberating them from the teachings.
