What is the difference? By the teaching method of the two sound transformations, it is combined with the true meaning. How should it be combined? Because the wisdom of metaphor is not shown, the appearance of the true meaning is not recognized, not believed, and not determined. Again, Vajradhara, listen! Recognize, believe, and determine. These are the instructions for distinguishing the six letters. Again, the instruction for distinguishing the two sound transformations: not recognizing the self-existing body that is accomplished through effort and exertion, transcending the limits of effort and exertion, the appearance of the true meaning, not recognizing what one inherently possesses, not believing, with the consciousness that thinks it is so, for the appearance of meaning that transcends effort and exertion, being too strong in the realm of conceptual consciousness, one's own consciousness cannot be liberated in its own place, so one does not believe. Thus, the nature of one's own Dharmakaya, the self-existing body that is spontaneously accomplished, the one who possesses all qualities, is inherently present in oneself, like oil pervading sesame seeds, although it dwells pervading all, due to the actions of conceptual consciousness, due to not believing in oneself, one revolves in the three realms and matures in the six realms. Again, Vajradhara, listen! Reversing the sound and transforming it to combine with the meaning: Again, the appearance of meaning is recognized, one believes in that appearance, and again, the meaning of that appearance is determined. Vajradhara, listen! It is shown by what one recognizes: one recognizes by the wisdom of metaphor. It is shown by what one believes: one believes by the wisdom of meaning. If by what is it determined? It is determined by the wisdom of signs. Again, Vajradhara, listen! It is shown how one recognizes by the wisdom of metaphor: the wisdom of metaphor has six aspects, and what are those six? The metaphor of the unchanging nature of reality, the metaphor of the unchanging Dharmakaya, the metaphor of the unchanging wisdom, the metaphor of the inseparability of body and wisdom, the metaphor of unobstructed speech, and the instruction of the metaphor of the place without high or low. Again, Vajradhara, listen! One recognizes by the wisdom of metaphor, and one believes by the wisdom of meaning, so how does one believe? By the metaphor of the unchanging nature of reality, one believes in the place where it first arises, the metaphor of the unchanging Dharmakaya

By. The nature of Dharmakaya is attained. By the example of great wisdom, the meaning of Kaya and Jnana is accomplished. By the example of the inseparability of Kaya and Jnana, the fruit is spontaneously accomplished. By the example of uninterrupted speech, the extremes of faults are eliminated. By the example of the absence of high and low in the place, the extremes of qualities are expanded. Those who encounter this instruction, after the example, should also combine with the true meaning. After the words, do not separate, combine the example with the meaning. Because of the similarity, it is not real. If it is not similar, it is not an example. The example expresses the meaning, if you can distinguish the boundaries of words, then you will definitely be able to match the true meaning. After measuring the example and the meaning, there is no need to rely on the example. Words are not bad things, but certainty arises from the heart. Also, when certainty arises from the heart, it is certain to understand the wisdom of decisive signs. How does that arise? External signs, internal signs, and great secrets are shown as signs. Also, Vajradhara, listen! There are three kinds of external signs. What are the three? The appearance is unobstructed like mist, that is the sign of the return of attachment. The appearance is unreal like a rainbow, that is the sign of the cessation of confusion. The appearance is unreal, separated from names, that is the sign of the destruction of the dependent Dharma. Also, there are three kinds of internal signs. What are the three? Understanding that enemies and friends are equal, that is the sign of the return of attachment. The appearance is unreal, the body without touch, that is the sign of the cessation of confusion. Clearly without clinging, staying in a state of equality, that is shown as the sign of encountering the meaning. Also, Vajradhara, listen! There are three kinds of secret signs. What are the three? In the face of the terrifying appearance of demonic obstacles, if the mind's thoughts and mental discriminations do not arise, that is the sign of liberation from the mouth of the demon. In the mind's discriminations, the actions in dreams, not clinging to good and bad, the mind's non-clinging, that is the sign of the return of appearances. Dharma protectors, local deities, and dakinis give prophecies, if the pride of thinking "I have realized" does not arise, the sign of obtaining the rank of Vajradhara. Also, Vajradhara, listen! Also, there are three kinds of signs of great secrets, staying equally without clinging to external objects, with
