I empower with རྒྱ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning of the syllable). You appear as a Bodhisattva of the tenth ground. The five families and five bodies are not abandoned. Looking up and seeing down, from the boundary. The illusion self-liberates, realizing the essence. Vajrasattva is the Dharmakaya. Using illusion as illusion is the Sambhogakaya. Illusion is unobstructed, showing everything. The Nirmanakaya shows everything in various ways. The final Vajradhara. With compassion, according to the faculties, the gradual vehicle. Combining with wisdom, reveals the essence. Thus it is said. From the Vajrayanatottara Heart Essence Tantra, Chapter Three: The Three Kayas of Buddhahood from the Separation of Samsara and Nirvana. Then Vajrasattva asked again: "O wonderful, wonderful, teacher Vajradhara. If the three kayas are thus enlightened, These sentient beings of the six realms and three worlds, From what do they transmigrate? How do they transmigrate?" Thus he asked. Samantabhadra replied: "Listen, Bodhisattva Dakini. The heart essence arises as self-born light. The self-nature of the heart essence is self-born. Movement Memory and attachment become habits. The grasped and the grasper, with the five poisons of greed and hatred. Life and heart essence both transmigrate. The wisdom of the Buddhas is the fault of samsara. Afflictions bind themselves. For example, the silk of a silkworm. The silkworm itself binds its limbs. Suffering arises from desiring pleasure. Without accumulating sins, one transmigrates in samsara. Karma and the fruits of karma arise. Bound by the four: movement, memory, attachment. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases increase. From virtue and non-virtue arise higher realms and lower realms. The Sugata heart essence is the cause of samsara. Body and mind are always cultivated. Acting in the karma of enemies and friends. Because the self-born heart essence is not realized. Attachment to the vessel and its contents increases. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, seed syllable) itself is the self-born heart essence. Familiarize, realize, recognize, be acquainted, subdue the key points." Thus it is said. From the Vajrayanatottara Heart Essence Tantra, Chapter Four: The Manner of Sentient Beings' Delusion. Then Vajrasattva asked again: "O wonderful, wonderful, teacher Vajradhara. To what does the ignorance of beings, wandering in the life and heart essence, How to combine with the meaning of the heart essence? From where to liberate beings from their state?" Thus he asked. Vajradhara replied: "Listen, Vajra Dakini. The place of the instruction that opens the eye of ignorance. Like a butter lamp inside a broken jar. The heart essence is self-born.

This self-awareness, regarding the absence of place as a place, is like a mound of earth. Its essence is like a naturally occurring lamp. It is inherently present, yet obscured by oneself. Seeing the physical body as a louse, one can see the self-nature. When environmental appearances disturb, self-nature manifests. When thoughts arise, self-nature manifests. Abandoning attachment, one naturally knows. The key instruction for the arising and ceasing of thoughts is: Movement is Hala, self-nature is wind. With the curved movement of thought, seize Hala. With thought as the rein, control the horse of movement. Like subduing an elephant with an iron hook. Taming a wild horse with reins. Taming movement with thought. The wisdom of purified thought is: With the power of movement, liberate thought. The self-occurring experience of purified environmental appearances. The samadhi experience seized by thought. Water follows water, merging into the ocean. It is the wisdom that transcends experience. When movement and thought are purified, one transcends experience. Where does attachment reside, and where does it rely? Make it function in one place. It is the self-experience of abandoning attachment. It is the self-occurring experience of being free from reliance on environmental appearances. Liberating movement with thought is the experience of cutting through. Looking at attachment with attachment is the experience of cutting through. The key point of the son, the vastness of thought, is the experience of the mother. The key point of the mother, the essence of attachment, is the self-occurring experience. The key point of wind, movement is caused by thought. The key point of thought, there is no attachment or clinging. Like a deer chased by hounds, there is nowhere to escape. Like a palm tree with its head cut off, it no longer grows. Thus it is said. From the fifth chapter, "Cutting Through Delusion," of the Root Tantra of Vajrakilaya. Thereafter, Vajrasattva again, Asked the Teacher thus: "O, O, Teacher Vajradhara, For the yogi who practices the essence, What are the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating, the vows, The offerings, blessings, mantras? The view, conduct, empowerment, and samadhi, The differences in practice, the tenets of the philosophical schools, I request you to speak to the assembly of attendants." Having thus requested, Vajradhara spoke: "Listen, Vajrasattva, and, The assembly of Vajra Dakinis. Herein are four lineages, four activities, The branches of mantra, three vows, The distinctions of offerings, the practice of, The differences, the essence of the tenets of the philosophical schools will be taught." Thus he spoke. He further taught: The subsequent activities must be upright. If entering the solitary hero's state, Or in the charnel ground, rocky mountain hermitage, Or in the valley, empty forest depths, In a solitary place, pleasing to the mind, Where gods, demons, and malevolent beings are absent.
