Meditate on visualization. The great meditation on arising anger is: first, anger is created by the mouth, in the middle, desire is generated by the mother, and finally, anger is accomplished, called self-gathering. Anger arises from causes equal to oneself, oneself is also accomplished by the calculations of parents, and others are also accomplished by the filth of parents. Anger should not arise from evil realms, without the cause of arising, meditate within the mind. The meditation of great delusion is: when the nature of reality is not clear and extremely sinking, the body is also well-seated and the mind is also uplifted, placing the mind in the nature of the sky of reality, one should observe with an undistracted mind. The method of settling the meditation of great pride is: pride is the expression of one's own qualities, qualities are not, but also one's own mind. That mind, even if expressing qualities, cannot accomplish anything. The sound of expression is not related to the mind, one should always meditate in an inseparable state. This is the fourth chapter on meditating on the five afflictions. To the teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, the gatherer, secret lord Vajrasattva, asked: What is the meditation of great bliss? What is the meditation of constant appearance? What is the meditation of transforming appearance? What is the meditation of grasping appearance? The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, answered: For the objects of the six senses, although various appearances arise, abide without attention; although various sounds arise, pacify without anger; although various meditations arise, abide without concepts; although various experiences arise, abide without expression; although various touches arise, abide without attachment; although various causes arise, abide without doubt. Whatever appears as phenomena, meditate that from the very beginning it is the nature of the Dharmakaya. Whatever is known through awareness, thought, and knowledge, meditate that from the very beginning it is the nature of wisdom. The great meditation on constant appearance is: all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana are the cause of emptiness of characteristics, and from the nature of emptiness, all characteristics have not been transcended. The ocean of the body, the accumulation of water, has also not completely transcended the nature of droplets. Those droplets have not gathered into one. The four continents, Mount Meru, and the mandala of the earth are also composed of extremely fine particles. In the dharma of extremely fine particles, the particles have not gathered into one thing. The inner awareness, the appearance of knowledge, is also the variety of awareness

It is also the same. If one examines whether this thing exists, it cannot be established. All phenomena of appearance, sound, and dharma, if examined, then meditate that nothing is established. The great meditation of transforming appearances is, all the various dharmas that arise, are the unmoved Alaya consciousness. One should constantly meditate on the unmoved. Meditating on the clinging to appearances is, placing the mind on the tip of the nose, meditate on being unmoved. For the object that has been made into an object of focus, do not name it, but meditate freely. The five sense consciousnesses each abide in their own place, and even without conceptual thought, it is meditating on appearances. In the unmoved sky, abide your own mind unmoved. This is the fifth chapter on meditating on appearances. From the teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, the one who gathers, the secret lord Vajrasattva, for the accomplishment of the objects of ability. What is the means of taming body, speech, and mind? The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, tames the body with the great mudra of the deity. Oneself believing to be manifest as the deity, hand gestures, attire like the deity, meditate on it as non-existent, but as a form of light. Even during the four ways of walking, staying, and acting, meditate on being in the state of the unmoved deity. Tame speech with the mantra of enlightenment. Hold the non-dual wisdom of the secret mantra's emanation and absorption. Know that appearances, sounds, and dharmas are also the mantra of enlightenment. Skilled in the true path of the lord of mantras. The truth of speech is the supreme taming of beings. The mind's consciousness of names, the one skilled in names, tame in the state of the nameless sky. The nature of the sky is the truth of names, the mind's consciousness of names meditate on the truth of names. The method of naturally taming body, speech, and mind, do not go to the ten directions, meditate on the hand gestures of the deity. Do not speak various things, recite the wheel of secret mantras. Do not think various things, meditate on non-dual wisdom. If you do that, the fruit abandons the three realms. Generate the pure land of the three bodies' benefit and bliss. This is the sixth chapter on taming body, speech, and mind. From the teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, the one who gathers, the secret lord Vajrasattva, for all sentient beings accomplished by ability, how is the accumulation of merit without object? How is the yoga of food? The teacher of teachers, Samantabhadra, in order to accumulate the assembly of deities without a place,
