Ba. Self-nature is manifested by non-causal conditions, Similar to the beauty of speech. The very nature of the mind that discriminates, Is seen as it is, however it is labeled. Various kinds of thoughts, Roam in all the doors, Like one person with many windows, Not a manifestation of multiple meanings. In this indivisible mandala of awareness, With the meaning of a view free from extremes, Settle in self-abiding contemplation. With the unmoving compassion of self-arising, Accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception. The fruit of the spontaneously accomplished three bodies, Is not other, but the perfection of that itself. Six realms, whether faculties are decisive, Or anyone with remnants of taming. From whatever category of mind's door, Having settled in the empowerment of the general pouring, Receive the oral transmission instructions. Having settled on the path without traversing, Increase the qualities of non-cultivation. Of the instantaneous entry without stages, The self-arising wisdom lama, The supremely great Dharma body, Unsought, eternal, manifestly enlightened. Whatever beings' awareness may come, Settle in the state of being beyond thought. If knowing arises spontaneously, And the three times become unmoving and stable, The wisdom of the victorious ones will reach the ultimate clarity. Thus it was said. From the Precious Garland of Bodhicitta, the first chapter, the introduction. Then, the King of Awareness spoke thus to the hero Vajra: The thoughts of various samsaric existences, And the very nature of perfect wisdom are one. The realization of perfect wisdom itself, Whatever realization is, is wisdom itself. There is no difference, The very nature of perfect wisdom, Possesses the essence of abandoning all. These manifold thoughts of grasping, Are what is called Bodhicitta. In the very nature of mind that cannot be expressed, If not expressed, it cannot be understood, Therefore, it is represented by the meaning that cannot be expressed. In the purity of the mind of Samantabhadra, There is neither representer nor represented, It is represented by its own nature without seeking. The ordinary appearing consciousness, Having remembered with the consciousness of the command, Settle in the state of non-acceptance and rejection. Abandon the activity of non-attention, Without analyzing with the intellect, the nature is clear. It is neither the cause nor the result of grasping, The fruit is accomplished by the fruit itself. Hope and effort turn into extremes, With the great medicine of non-grasping nature, Be separated from all the old diseases of samsara. Discriminative wisdom.

It is luminosity itself. Self-abiding wisdom is pure from the beginning. Like a precious, pure island. The wisdom of the mind is pure from the beginning. In the nature of the mind without sequence, There is no attainment through the path of going. The fruit of liberation is self-arisen. The path of complete liberation without going. Effortlessly accomplished without desire or striving. The essence of the sun of wisdom arises. Without any grasping or apprehending, unmoving. Clinging to causes and results, Bound by the clinging of illusory wisdom. The nature of mind is like space, the expanse of view. The vastness of wisdom is greatly spread. Without acceptance or rejection, free from effort. Cut off the view of the mind of enlightenment. Cultivate through peaceful samadhi. The view of the mind of enlightenment is: Whatever it may be, it is nothing at all. Self-arisen wisdom, its characteristics are clear. It is the unthinking letting be. Seeing the inconceivable wisdom. The view of self-arisen perfection is: Free from the three extremes, primordially enlightened. The path of effortless, central, and straight. The view free from bondage, without attachment. With this precious wheel of Samantabhadra, May you realize the non-duality of your own mind. The view of equanimity, without acceptance or rejection. Like a great garuda soaring in the sky. Without gathering or scattering, free from acceptance or rejection. Abiding in its own nature, free from hope and fear. Knowing all realms of activity as mind. The nature of various samsaric existences, And the nature from the beginning are non-dual. Apart from these two, there is no other mind. Since awareness is nothing at all, Free from all desiring thoughts. Knowing that boundlessness is emptiness itself. The luminosity of wisdom abides in itself. Without holding in the mind, wisdom is clear. Although appearances arise as play, they are without substance. The play of illusory wisdom radiates. Unfabricated illusion is spontaneously accomplished. Without a grasping mind or identification. The victorious wisdom is completely pure. Free from the grasping mind, awareness is clear. In the view of the mind's nature as space, It should not be thought of as space itself. Just as space is inconceivable, So too is wisdom inconceivable. Not thinking of anything, abiding in itself, Is the view of the victors of the three times. The view of self-abiding without view is: Not of any of the three times, It is the view of the unchanging dharmadhatu. It is not any action of desire. In its essence, there is no narrowness or vastness. The nature of mind is stainless, primordially pure, Like unchanging, precious gold. Even though agitated by the winds of grasping, The essence of awareness does not change. Like the ocean.
