It is conduct. Conduct in non-duality. All conduct in the essence, bodhicitta. The nature of mind is primordially enlightened, conduct. From the Tantra of the All-Good Great Sky Root, the third chapter, which teaches conduct. Vajrasattva then asked again: Blessed One, Great Bliss All-Good, please explain your meditation. Having heard this request, All-Good then spoke: I am the ground of all, bodhicitta, unchanging as self in the three times, meditate on the unchanging body. Since I have no inherent nature, meditate on the unspeakable speech. Since I have no object of focus, meditate on the mind that realizes samadhi. Since all qualities arise from me, meditate on the qualities that produce all goodness. Since I am naturally spontaneously present, meditate on being equally spontaneously present. I have nothing to accept or reject, meditate on the great primordial vow that is always kept. I am beyond the object of focus, meditate on the great wisdom without focus. Since I am beyond grasping and conception, meditate without conceiving of any aspect. Since I am self-arisen from myself, meditate on the great self-arisen wisdom. Since I am self-aware by myself, meditate on the great wisdom of awareness. Since I am non-dual, meditate on the single thigle (bindu). Since all pervades everything, meditate on the Dharma that pervades all. One's own nature is known by oneself, meditate on self-knowing bodhicitta. The supreme meaning, unspoken and unabandoned, meditate on the essence, bodhicitta. Self-knowing, free from elaboration, the realm of bliss, meditate on the bliss of objectless wisdom. The qualities of the wisdom mind cannot be expressed, meditate on the essence. The view is the ocean of wisdom, the unthinkable is also the best of meditation. Meditate on all appearances and existence as mind. Meditate on the nature of mind as primordially enlightened. All outer and inner contents, meditate on the nature of reality, bodhicitta. All phenomena of appearance and existence should be meditated on as non-dual. If samsara and nirvana are not different, that is also my meditation. If skillful means and wisdom are not different, that is also my meditation. If cause and effect are not different, that is also my meditation. If view and conduct are not different, that is also my meditation. If Buddha and sentient beings are not different,

That too is my meditation. If there is neither happiness nor suffering, that too is my meditation. If there is neither object nor sense faculty, that too is my meditation. If there is neither wisdom nor samadhi, that too is my meditation. If one knows that all is mind itself, that is meditation without meditation. From the Root Tantra of the All-Good Great Sky, the fourth chapter, showing the occasion of meditation. Vajrasattva again asked: Bhagavan, Great Bliss All-Good One, please explain your practice. Having heard this request, the All-Good One spoke: King of practice, my command, I will explain by separating from the doctrine of the proper conduct. Whatever is practiced as the purity of the cause itself, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced as the purity of the fruit, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced as the unadulterated essence, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced without effort or practice, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced without searching and abiding, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced as equality itself, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced in unobstructed space, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced as the great bindu, that too is my practice. Whatever is practiced as the All-Good One, that too is my practice. Essence, enlightenment, without phenomena, that too is my practice. All is primordially spontaneously accomplished, that too is my practice. Again asked the King of Practice: By practicing all, all is accomplished. Just by practicing, it is accomplished. Because the essence, enlightenment, is unadulterated, this accomplishment without cause and effect, because there is no practice, I myself am accomplished. All phenomena of appearance and existence, all are practiced as the mind of enlightenment. Mind itself, without distraction, is great practice. From the Root Tantra of the All-Good Great Sky, the fifth chapter, showing the occasion of practice. Vajrasattva again asked: Bhagavan, Great Bliss All-Good One, please explain your samaya. Having heard this request, the All-Good One spoke: Without departing from all things and characteristics, that is samaya. Self-arisen wisdom, without searching, that too is my samaya. Without looking at permanence and annihilation as two, that too is my samaya.
