Nonexistent. Since the nature of mind is identified as having no object, Focusing on a target is free from thought. Since the object of grasping is primordially liberated, The signs of appearance are empty of what is to be negated. Since appearance and emptiness are non-dual and the sky is clear, Wisdom and intelligence are completely liberated and scattered into space. Since self-grasping ceases on its own in its own place, There is no hope or desire for the means of achieving the result. Since it is infinite, impartial, and free from bias, It is free from words that know, express, or represent it. It is the reality of the true meaning. Thus it was said. From the tantra of the precious nectar essence, the essence of all the Buddhas' intentions, the fifth chapter, which is the reversion of all phenomena by the reality of the true meaning of mind. Then, Kunrig Kyewu Chung asked the secret lord, the teacher: In the general ground of equality of reality, From the single ground of Buddhas and sentient beings, Why do samsara and nirvana appear as two? Thus he asked. The teacher spoke to the assembly: The general ground of reality is like camphor, Medicine and poison have no limits anywhere. Both camphor are one in the general ground, Whatever meets the conditions appears as two. In the nameless general ground, Samsara and nirvana have no limits anywhere. Buddhas and sentient beings are one in the general ground, The appearance of conditions appears as the door of delusion. The general ground is like the sky, From which the manifestation of power arises like the birth of stars. When the wind stirs and opens the sky, Two powers of moving awareness and mind arise. The wisdom of the gentle wind is self-liberated, When awareness arises without grasping, Wisdom arises from knowing one's own face. Self cannot be moved by the wind, Like vapor dissolving in the sky. The two minds cannot float in thought, Like hailstones clearing in the sky. The mind cannot grasp objects, Like a rainbow dissolving in the sky. The manifestation of power has nowhere to go, Like waves dissolving in the ocean. The essence is primordially pure from the beginning, Attaining one's own ground is the Dharmakaya. The great perfection of spontaneous accomplishment, Attaining one's own ground is the Sambhogakaya. Compassion is all-pervasive and impartial, Attaining one's own ground is the Nirmanakaya. The three are inseparable and boundless, Attaining one's own ground is the Svabhavikakaya. The original reality beyond Dharma, One's own ground is free from grasping and name, The great bliss of manifest enlightenment is the Sambhogakaya. Primordially, it is the wisdom Buddha. Existence By the rough wind of karma, The unchangeable self is not aware of itself. Not knowing the reality of one's own face, Unaware.
