For all sentient beings, cease elaboration with pervasive abodes. This precious appearance, self-igniting, even if the guru of beings has passed away, if beings abide in faith, the profound, clear, unwavering jewel, cease elaboration with the absence of conceptualization. This essence of the precious essence, the ground is uncreated, spontaneously accomplished. In the unthinking, naturally abiding, unmeditated state, cease elaboration with the unthinkable. Great bliss, non-conceptual, free from movement, without mental fabrication, appearance is pure, cease elaboration with the absence of calculation. Wisdom, precious, unobstructed, clear, cease elaboration with the manifestation of skill. The mind of the Victorious One, brilliantly apparent to the senses, naturally abides in all beings. Although there are other inverted views, the Buddha cannot be found elsewhere, cease elaboration with the self-born Buddha. The Dharmata-kaya is without change, in the state of self-aware great bliss, not abiding in causes, cease elaboration. The realm of mind, the subject of all speech, is realized by each individual's inclination. For the time being, desiring aspirations, on the path of essence, free from desire, by severing the root of awareness, without mental fabrication, naturally abiding, whatever appears, all by its own nature, cease elaboration with the great self-appearance. Cease elaboration with non-action, cease elaboration with non-abiding in the mind, cease elaboration with the abandonment of all desires. Thus it is said. From the Root Tantra of the Precious Essence, the first chapter, the Perfection of the Basis of Discussion. Then, again, to Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), who teaches the nature of mind, Vajrasattva asked this: The basis of the Buddha and sentient beings, how does the original state abide? Thus he asked. Kuntuzangpo said this: In the Bardo without beginning or end, the essence of indivisibility, the equality of essence, in the emptiness that pervades all of nature, the palace of primordial, complete arrangement, the uncreated, unceasing Dharmakaya, the realm of spontaneous perfection, the Dharmakaya that cannot be symbolized, cannot be compared, is without symbol, without speech, without expression, without symbolization, without teaching, without showing, without hearing, without name, without designation, without substance, without accomplishment, without effort, without aspiration, without taking, without abandoning, without negation, without affirmation, without appearance, without existence, without birth, without object, without mind, without distinction, without self, without other, without duality, without enemy, without friend, without bias, without happiness, without suffering, without two
