Attachment is a mistaken dharma. Knowing it as such, there is no obscuration. If the duality of grasper and grasped does not arise, it is said there is no error or confusion. The essence of mind is taught without error. View, conduct, and effortless bodhicitta. If there is no bias, partiality, or separation, there is no grasping, error, obscuration, or confusion. There is no differentiation in any object. When there is no differentiation between right and wrong, there is no differentiation, error, obscuration, or confusion. Since there is no effort or accomplishment of body and speech, there is no action, seeking, error, obscuration, or confusion. The supreme fruit does not arise from causes. Cutting off the root of cause and effect, there is no error or obscuration. If one knows the single essence of mind, then in the ten aspects such as view, there is no error or obscuration whatsoever. Contemplating the view, there is no need for meditation. When the meaning of effortless equality dawns, there is no error or obscuration in the view. In the state of equality without bias or partiality, if one does not stray from its meaning, there is no error or obscuration in vows and words. In the essence of no effort or accomplishment, in the absence of effort of body and speech, there is no error or obscuration in activity. Unobstructed, clear wisdom is inherently so, so there is no need to do anything. There is no error or obscuration in wisdom. The meaning of wisdom without going, the ultimate meaning, the supreme of non-duality in stages. There is no error or obscuration in the bhumis. Abiding on the true path, if one does not proceed in stages, there is no error or obscuration in the path. Bodhicitta, free from the duality of grasper and grasped, when there is no coarse or subtle mind or thought, there is no subtle error or obscuration. In the state of the single bindu of non-duality, the nature of equality is unbroken. The supreme nature abides continuously. There is no error or obscuration in the lineage. For the unerring bodhicitta, the true meaning is determined. There is no error or obscuration in the scriptures. The meaning of no bias, partiality, or elaboration, liberation from the extremes of exaggeration and denigration, there is no error or obscuration in the pith instructions. Although errors and obscurations are inconceivable, even if the door of arising is mistaken, there is a way to reverse it. If the meaning of the place is not realized, it is an obscuration, but knowing the meaning of the essence, there is no error. The confusion of the five senses grasping objects, because the mind is cut off at the root, there is no confusion. The true path of unerring going, seeing the definitive meaning, free from doubt, decisive, confident, without hope or fear. Thus it is said. From the "Precious Lamp," the chapter on eliminating errors and obscurations from actions.

The Fourteenth Chapter. The Samgraha Bodhisattva Vajra asked: Teacher, Great Secret Lord, what is the meaning of view and meditation? The Teacher, Great Secret Lord, replied to the Samgraha Bodhisattva Vajra: Seeing is seeing the essence of truth, Meditation is abiding in the state of no coming and no going. Seeing is observing the nature of the three times, Meditation is cutting off the flow of the mind. The nature of seeing is without discrimination, The nature of meditation is free from thought. The nature of seeing is without movement, The nature of meditation is without fabrication. Seeing is observing the nature of complete purity, Meditation is realizing uninterrupted wisdom. Seeing is directly perceiving the nature of the heart essence, Meditation is the state of cessation of mental confusion. Seeing is the liberation from the extremes of conceptualization, Meditation is the absence of defilement by the stains of night. Seeing is the nature of non-fabrication, Meditation is the supreme state of no appearance. The nature of seeing is without differentiation, Meditation is meditating without focusing on anything. The nature of seeing is without desire, Meditation is the meaning of non-attachment and non-clinging. The nature of seeing is without obscuration, The nature of meditation is the state of clarity. The nature of seeing is without reliance, The nature of meditation is without abiding. Not clinging to self and what belongs to self, The nature of equality is without bias. Not clinging to phenomena and what possesses phenomena, If one does not view as true or false, There is no attachment to the meaning of the heart essence, It is the meaning of unobstructed wisdom and clarity. Not meditating, one abides naturally, the continuum is not interrupted, The heart essence beyond thought is inexpressible, Unfabricated, effortless, and unusable, Without inner or outer, the nature abides. Without arising or ceasing, free from grasping and being grasped. Whatever appears in the realm of the five sense faculties, The appearance of the Dharmadhatu is without inherent existence. Whatever thoughts arise in the mind, Are adventitious, momentary, and deluded conceptualizations. Whatever aspects of limbs appear, The heart essence abides in the state of equanimity. The heart essence, free from effort, is the meaning of bliss, Without meditation, the natural state, the unfabricated mind. The experience of meditation is free from attachment and clinging, Towards all that appears as dependent, Is the bliss of the nature of non-differentiation. If one does not abide in real characteristics, Then the delusion of extremes is naturally purified. If one does not grasp the past, future, and present, As divisions of the three times, Then it is the bliss of samadhi without arising or ceasing. The nature of the purification of delusion and conceptualization, Even habitual tendencies are naturally emptied. Thus it was said. From the "Jewel Illuminating Light."
