ཞལ་གདམས་སྐོར། ཞལ་གདམས་སྐོར། ཤིང་མཆོག་དམ་པ་ནྱ་གྲོ་དྷ་ཡི་དྲུང་དུ། །སྡེ་དང་བཅས་པའི་བདུད་སྡེ་ཇི་སྙེད་མ་ལུས། །རང་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུའི་བྱམས་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བཏུལ་ནས། །མངོན་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་སྟོན་པ་མཆོག་དེ་མཁྱེན་ནོ། །མགོན་པོ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད། །དུག་དང་འདྲེས་པའི་ཟས་བཞིན་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤང་སྟེ། །རང་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུ་དབེན་པའི་ནགས་སུ་གཤེགས་ནས། རྩེ་གཅིག་བསམ་གཏན་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད་ཅེས་ཐོས་སོ། །དེ་ཡི་ཕྱིར་ན་དབེན་པའི་རི་ངོགས་ཉམས་དགའ། །མགོན་པོ་མཆོག་དེའི་རྗེས་འཇུག་བུ་ལ་གནང་བའི། །ཕ་ཁྱིམ་ལགས་ཕྱིར་སྐྱོབས་པ་མཆོག་དེའི་བཀའ་བཞིན། །དབེན་པ་བསྟེན་པ་སྐྱིད་པའི་ཡང་རྩེ་ལོས་ཡིན། །ནགས་དང་དགོན་པ་བས་མཐའི་གནས་མལ་ལ་སོགས། །རྒྱལ་སྲས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱི་ཡི་དབེན་པ་ལགས་ཏེ། །རང་འདོད་ཡིད་བྱེད་ཞུམ་པའི་བློ་ཆུང་སྤང་བ། །སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནང་གི་དབེན་པ་དེ་ལགས། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ཕྱི་ཡི་དབེན་པ་དག་ལ་བསྟེན་ཏེ། །ནང་གི་ཉོན་མོངས་ཞི་ལྷག་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་ཞིང་། །ཀུན་བཟང་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་སྨོན་པའི་ཡུལ་དུ་བཟུང་བའི། །སྐལ་བཟང་དེ་འདྲ་རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་པོ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ལྷུང་ལྷུང་བསིལ་བའི་ཕུ་ཆུ་སྙན་པར་འབབས་ཤིང་། །བྲག་རིའི་བ་གམ་ལྷ་ཡི་ཐེམ་སྐས་འགྲམས་ལ། །ཟླ་འོད་ དཀར་པོའི་ཟིལ་པ་དལ་གྱིས་འབབ་པའི། །དབེན་པའི་རི་དེ་ལྷ་ཡུལ་ལས་ཀྱང་ལྷག་གོ །འདོད་ཉོན་མི་སྐྱེ་རྐང་འཐུང་བུ་མོའི་ཟློས་གར། །ཆགས་སྡང་ཡུལ་མིན་བྱ་ཚོགས་སྙན་གླུས་བཟུང་ཞིང་། །རྟོག་མེད་དེ་ཡི་གྲིབ་བསིལ་འཇམ་པོས་འགེབ་པའི། །གཞོན་ནུའི་གྲོགས་དེ་སྐད་མེད་སྟོང་ལས་ལྷག་གོ །བསམ་གཏན་ཚེར་མ་སྒྲ་ཡི་ཅ་ཅོ་མེད་པའི། །གྲོགས་མེད་གཅིག་པུ་དབེན་པའི་གནས་བཟང་དེ་ན། །སེམས་ཀྱི་སྦྲེ་རྒན་ཡུལ་ལ་འཕྱན་པ་མེད་དེ། །ནང་དུ་གནས་ནས་ཉམས་མྱོང་སིམ་པ་སྤྱོད་དོ། །མང་ཚོགས་རྣམ་གཡེངས་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ནོན་པའི། །རང་སྐྱོན་རྟོག་ངན་རྒྱུ་སྐར་ལས་ཀྱང་མང་བ། །དབེན་གསུམ་བསིལ་ཟེར་བདུད་རྩིའི་རེག་ལས་མངོན་ཏེ། །གཉེན་པོའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་གཞོམ་ལ་དཀའ་བ་མ་ལགས། །སྐྱོ་བའི་ཉམས་ཀྱིས་རྟོག་པའི་རྙོགས་མ་བགྲུད་བའི། །སེམས་ཀྱི་རྫིང་བུ་གཡོ་མེད་གནས་པའི་ངང་ལ། །དད་དང་སྙིང་རྗེའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་འགོགས་མེད་འཆར་བའི། །ལྷོད་མེད་དེ་ལ་གཅིག་པུའི་སྐྱོ་གྲོགས་ཅི་དགོས། །སེམས་ཀྱི་མེ་ལོང་ཕྱིས་ཤིང་ཕྱིས་པའི་ངོས་ལ། །ཡུལ་རྐྱེན་མང་པོའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་འཆར་བ་མེད་

教诲之类。 教诲之类。 于胜妙之树尼拘陀处， 所有部众之魔军， 以自身唯一之慈力调伏后， 证悟成佛之导师，请您知晓。 怙主您将转轮王之国政， 如毒所掺之食物般完全舍弃， 自身独自前往寂静之森林， 听闻您一心修持禅定。 因此，寂静之山崖令人愉悦， 乃怙主胜者赐予追随弟子之， 父亲之家，故依怙主胜者之教诲， 依止寂静实乃快乐之顶峰。 森林与寺庙边地的住所等， 乃诸位王子之外在寂静， 舍弃自私自利、意志消沉之小心眼， 乃菩萨们之内在寂静。 因此，依止外在之寂静， 以内在之烦恼寂止之力调伏， 将普贤行愿作为向往之处， 如此善妙之士乃胜者之子。 潺潺凉爽之山涧悦耳流淌， 岩石山脊遍布天神之阶梯， 月光 白色之露珠缓缓滴落， 寂静之山比天界更胜一筹。 不生欲念，饮光女之嬉戏， 非贪嗔之地，鸟群奏响美妙之歌， 无念之阴凉温柔覆盖， 青年之友胜过无言之空性。 禅定荆棘，无嘈杂之声， 无友独处之寂静佳地， 心之老妓不再四处游荡， 安住于内，享受体验之喜悦。 大众散乱，被阳光所压制， 自身过失恶念胜过繁星， 寂静三昧凉爽甘露之触觉显现， 以对治之力摧毁并非难事。 以厌离之情驱散分别之浑浊， 心之湖泊处于寂静无动之状态， 信心与慈悲之影像无碍显现， 于不放逸者，何需孤独之友？ 擦拭再擦拭心之明镜表面， 不再显现众多外境之影像

At the foot of the noble Nyagrodha tree, All the hordes of demons with their retinues, Were subdued by the power of his sole love, Know that supreme teacher who attained perfect enlightenment. O Protector, you completely abandoned the kingdom of a universal monarch, Like food mixed with poison, You departed alone to a solitary forest, It is said that you single-mindedly practiced meditation. Therefore, the delightful solitary mountainside, Is the paternal home bestowed upon the disciples who follow that supreme protector, Therefore, according to the command of that supreme protector, Relying on solitude is indeed the pinnacle of happiness. Forests, monasteries, remote dwellings, and so on, Are the external solitudes for the princes, Abandoning selfishness and a disheartened, petty mind, Is the internal solitude for the bodhisattvas. Therefore, relying on external solitudes, Subduing the inner afflictions with the power of quiescence, Holding the excellent conduct of Samantabhadra as the object of aspiration, Such a fortunate one is a son of the Victorious Ones. The murmuring, cool mountain stream flows melodiously, The rocky mountain ridge is adorned with the steps of the gods, The moonlight White dew slowly drips, That solitary mountain surpasses even the realm of the gods. Where desire and affliction do not arise, the dance of the drinking girl, Is not a place of attachment and aversion, but the birdsong holds a sweet melody, The gentle shade of non-conceptuality covers, That youthful friend is better than speechless emptiness. Meditation thorns, without the noise of chatter, In that excellent solitary place, alone without friends, The old whore of the mind does not wander to other lands, But dwells within, enjoying the bliss of experience. The distractions of the crowd are suppressed by the sunlight, One's own faults and evil thoughts are more numerous than the stars, The cool rays of the three solitudes manifest as the touch of nectar, Destroying them with the power of antidotes is not difficult. With the feeling of renunciation, the turbidity of thoughts is cleared away, In the state where the lake of the mind remains still and unmoving, The images of faith and compassion appear unhindered, For the diligent one, what need is there for a solitary friend? On the surface of the mirror of the mind, wiped and wiped again, The images of many external objects do not appear
