Profound empowerment. The branch vows are the common five lineages, and the uncommon new and old transmissions and oral instructions. First, the fourteen root downfalls and eight branches. Second, the five roots and ten branches. Third, the three roots and twenty-five branches. Fourth, whether there is protection or not. The means of liberation are the two stages of generation and completion. In the first stage, the objects to be purified, the means of purification, and the results of purification are in four stages. The objects to be purified are the four aspects of death and rebirth. The means of purification are the three samadhis and the four stages of generation. The results of purification are the three kayas and activities. The completion stage has with-signs and without-signs. In the first stage, there are the five stages of the father tantra, the six dharmas of the mother tantra, and the six yogas of non-duality. The first stage includes vajra recitation, focusing on the mind, self-blessing, union of clear light, and the five stages. Second, the root of the path is the essence of the ground. According to the order of heat, loss, and determination, inner heat, illusory body, clear light, and transference in dreams. Third, finger contemplation, life-force retention, and subsequent samadhi. The signless Great Perfection is the ground, path, and fruit. The fruit is the temporary vidyadhara and the ultimate fruit dharma. First, the four spontaneously accomplished ones are maturation, life empowerment, and the Great Seal. Second, the five qualities and activities of body, speech, and mind are twenty-five in total. This is the ocean of the Victorious One's Dharma treasury, loosely compiled by Bag Yang Shri Lhod. Good! Good! Good! Concise Commentary on Wisdom Homage to the Guru and the Venerable Manjushri! Here, a brief commentary on the Compendium of the Perfection of Wisdom is presented. First, homage to the Guru! This is an expression of reverence, which has the purpose of generating respect for the Dharma and accomplishing the ultimate goal. Second, the content of the text. First, the general statement: The three wisdoms of hearing, contemplation, and meditation. As stated by Lord Maitreya: Wisdom is supreme, its basis is, hearing, therefore hearing is supreme. And as stated by Shantideva: All these limbs, the Sage spoke for the sake of wisdom. As taught in these and other texts, the Perfection of Wisdom is supreme among all perfections. All the teachings taught by the Sage, the Bhagavan, are taught for the sake of wisdom and are also included in wisdom. That wisdom has the wisdom of hearing, the wisdom of contemplation, and the wisdom of meditation, these three.

Briefly showing the basis of existence. Explaining it in detail: First, explaining listening. From where, by whom, what is listened to? That is, from where to listen, is the teacher; by whom to listen, is the student; what to listen to, is the Dharma of knowable things, these are the three. To whom, by whom, examine, rely on, comprehend, practice, learn? Thus it is said. First, examine the lama; in the middle, rely on the lama; finally, comprehend practice and learn, these are the three. First, in general, possessing the three of listening, thinking, and meditating, and protecting students with compassion; especially the tantric lama is: possessing the treasure of the teacher, complete like a river, possessing diligence, proficient in tantra and activity, holding the warmth and eight qualities of the oral instructions. Thus, the treasure is considered as the three treasures of tantra, transmission, and oral instructions, therefore, a vajra master with eight qualities is definitely needed. In the middle, oneself is the patient, the Dharma is the medicine, the virtuous friend is the doctor, taking the practice of the instructions as the idea of healing the disease, and abiding in these four ideas. Rely on the lama as explained in the sutras and tantras. Finally, according to how the lama himself has shown the correct view, meditation, and conduct, practice accordingly, thereby realizing the fruit. Although there are two sections, they are combined into one and explained. What should be abandoned and adopted after knowing? That is, what is to be listened to is the Dharma of knowable things. Among them, what should be abandoned after knowing is the outsiders, and what should be practiced after knowing is the inner Buddhist. First, the outsiders are the Samkhya, Vaisheshika, Naked, and Purana Kashyapa, these five. Thus it is said. Outsiders, in general, have three hundred and sixty wrong views, etc., which are countless, but when summarized, they are all included in these five. Among them, the Samkhya is the constant view, and is like the basic outline of the general teachings. This school believes that all knowable things are included in the self and the principle, and believes that there is a self that is constant, one, and independent. The Ishvara school believes that the creator of the world, Ishvara, is permanent, and strives to worship him. The Vishnu school believes that Brahma was emanated from the lotus birth place in the heart of the god Vishnu, he created the container and essence, and from the four faces came the four Vedas of poetry, governance, sacrifice, and definitive statements, and takes them as a measure. The Naked ones are followers of the great victorious holy one, re-
