如此行持。 对于欲望的境，稍作如毒般的逃离， 我便能获得殊胜的妙法甘露。 胜过不死天界的甘露， 追逐更胜的滋味，内心化为甘露。 从喧嚣的敌人处远远逃离， 我便能获得殊胜的禅定。 能将神通王权施于掌中， 功德之轮得以全然增长。 即使修行善法更加增上， 在寂静处也不会生起傲慢， 因为没有竞争的场所和炫耀的境地， 连同佛子的一切诸佛，都将成为我的主宰。 即使被懈怠所胜，身体放逸， 贪嗔烦恼也不会在寂静处增长， 因为专注于观察自相续， 不会依赖他人而生起嗔恨和贪恋。 远离散乱的事务和喧嚣的损友， 以及贪嗔的对境， 在寂静处，除了殊胜的佛法之外， 我还有什么需要思考的呢？ 出离心和慈悲心的力量， 以及以虔诚的信心能催生泪水， 在寂静处会自然而然地生起， 无需造作就能安住于禅定。 依靠任何事物，无论暂时或究竟， 都会导致毁灭，如家庭和恶友， 以及欲望的对境，必须远离， 所有烦恼的聚合自然会减少。 各种岩石山的美丽山脊， 是令人愉悦的安乐休息之地，慷慨施予空性， 如同珍贵的解脱之基， 是具福众生唯一的居所。 枝叶低垂的蔓藤摇曳生姿， 以悦耳的歌声讲述生起出离心的故事。 如同善于反复吟唱的天界鸟群， 是否已摧毁了三十三天胜幢的骄傲？ 红白彩 百色的青春光彩夺目， 芬芳美丽的花朵簇拥成团。 为了巧妙方便菩萨的福德资粮， 如同急于前往诸佛的座前。 内部有六足昆虫发出美妙的歌声， 莲花丛林茂盛繁荣， 如同劝请进入佛陀无垢的莲花苑， 听闻、思维、修习。 品尝又品尝甘露的甘甜， 沉醉于飞翔，在虚空中享用， 思维和修行的殊胜佛法之味。

Thus I shall act. Towards the objects of desire, just a slight escape as from poison, I will surely attain the supreme Dharma medicine. More than the nectar of the deathless heavenly realm, Chasing after a superior taste, the heart transforms into nectar. Fleeing far away from the enemy of busyness, I will surely attain superior samadhi. Able to bestow the kingdom of clairvoyance into the palm of my hand, The wheel of qualities will fully expand. Even if virtuous Dharma practice further increases, Arrogance will not arise in a solitary place, Because there is no place for competition or a field for boasting, All the Buddhas, together with their sons, will become my masters. Even if overcome by laziness, the body is unrestrained, Afflictions of attachment and aversion will not increase in solitude, Because I take to heart the examination of my own mindstream, I will not rely on others to generate anger and attachment. Having gone far away from distracting activities, many distracting friends, And the objects of attachment and aversion, In a solitary place, besides the supreme Dharma, What else is there for me to contemplate? The mind of renunciation and the power of compassionate heart, And the ability to draw tears with devoted faith, In this solitary place, they will arise spontaneously, Without effort, I will abide in samadhi. Whatever one relies on, whether temporarily or ultimately, Will lead to ruin, such as family and bad friends, And the objects of desire, one must certainly distance oneself from, All the collections of afflictions will naturally diminish. The beautiful ridges of various rocky mountains, Are delightful and peaceful resting places, generously bestowing emptiness, Like the precious foundation of liberation, It is the sole abode for fortunate beings. The drooping branches of vines sway gracefully, With melodious songs telling stories that generate renunciation. Like the flocks of divine birds skilled at repeatedly chanting, Have they perhaps shattered the pride of the banner of the Thirty-Three Gods? White and red colors, The youthfulness of a hundred hues shines brightly, Fragrant and beautifully shaped clusters of flowers, As an offering for the skillful means of a Bodhisattva's merit, They seem to be hurrying to adorn the presence of the Buddhas. Inside, with the sweet sound of six-legged insects, The lotus groves flourish and thrive, Like encouraging entry into the flawless lotus garden of the Buddha's teachings, To listen, contemplate, and meditate. Tasting and tasting again the sweetness of nectar, Intoxicated with soaring flight, enjoying the expanse of space, The taste of the supreme Dharma of thought and meditation.

从那以后，难道不是在展示无执的行为了吗？清净的虚空中，日月的光芒闪耀，自然成就的明点之美，展现无遗。从奥明景象的美丽光彩中夺取，如同将我的那份财富在此铺开。胜过青金石般的海水之美，具有无垢天道的空性自光。为了象征原始的本初基界，请将密道开示的秘密要义传授于我。潺潺流淌的源头之水发出悦耳的声音，为了通过长久的精进，将它汇入遍知之海，请传授此教言，并格外赐予寂静清凉的甘露之光。为了摧毁如意宝女的傲慢，难道不是准备好了吗？这便是具有果实的根本之味。谁能满足于这种苦行之食，就能以千百倍的光芒压倒诸根的荣耀。斩断沉溺和散乱的分别念，以苦行的嬉戏，即使是纯金般的体验之音，也不需要在寂静的地方隐藏，以突发的体验来炫耀，便会感到喜悦。在通透觉性的嬉戏之境中，为了放松轮回涅槃之行的习气，无数自发的、无拘无束的喜悦嬉戏，展现出不可阻挡的奇妙光芒。将显现的对境和执着的有形之身，融入修习幻化的禅定之中，幻化瑜伽士唱着“吽”声的悠扬之歌，在幻化的境界中，唯有自由自在地行持。如纯金般，如同觉性的各种展现，作为将有法现象斩断的利器，以猛烈的“吽”声充满天地，即使在寂静的地方，也无所畏惧地发出。如同与拥有千眼的手掌相媲美，将金刚之身升华为金刚，以三身智慧象征自身，因此，这里没有非器之人显现的机会。在真实的自性中，如同瑜伽士安眠的床榻，早已在寂静之处准备好，邀请舍弃的禅定作为客人，并将其作为意念的朋友来使用，难道不是这样吗？这是召唤寂静禅定的声音，以七支坐法稳如泰山，以菩萨的眼神和忿怒的姿态嬉戏，以喜悦的笑声让寂静之处的喜悦者们感到喜悦。如同抓住雪山的五面自在天。

The melodious sound of the headwater flowing down, in order to merge it into the ocean of omniscience through long-term diligence, please impart this instruction, and especially bestow the glory of peaceful, cool nectar. In order to crush the pride of the wish-fulfilling goddess, isn't it prepared? This is the taste of the root with fruit. Whoever is satisfied with this ascetic food will overwhelm the glory of the senses a thousandfold. Cut off the sinking and scattered conceptual thoughts, with the play of asceticism, even the experience-sound like pure gold, there is no need to hide in a secluded place, showing off with a sudden experience will bring joy. In the realm of the play of clear awareness, in order to relax the habits of samsara and nirvana, countless spontaneous, unrestrained joyful plays display an unstoppable wondrous radiance. Merging the appearing objects and the attached tangible body into the samadhi of practicing illusion, the illusory yogi sings the long song of the "Hum" sound, and in the realm of illusion, only acts freely. Like pure gold, like the various manifestations of awareness, as a sharp weapon to cut off the phenomena with qualities, filling the sky and earth with the fierce "Hum" sound, even in a secluded place, it is proclaimed without fear. Like competing with the palm of the hand with a thousand eyes, transforming the supreme vajra body into a vajra, symbolizing oneself with the wisdom of the three bodies, therefore, there is no opportunity for non-vessels to appear here. In the true nature, like the bed where the yogi sleeps, it has long been prepared in a secluded place, inviting the meditation of renunciation as a guest, and using it as a friend of the mind, isn't it so? This is the sound that summons the peaceful samadhi, with the seven-fold posture of immovability and equality, with the bodhisattva's gaze and the wrathful playful posture, with joyful laughter, the joyful ones in seclusion are delighted. Like the five-faced自在天 grasping the snow mountain.
