Then, recite 'Thirty-two marks, thirty-two marks,' visualizing them arising from the arising and reversing stages of Kālacakra (Wheel of Time), becoming eighty minor marks. Recite this phrase and contemplate its meaning in your mind. After that, offer the offerings, either actually arranging the offerings to the best of your ability, or transforming them through visualization, and then blessing them: Purify with the activity mantra of the deity of Hrīḥ Ṭīḥ (seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः टीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ ṭīḥ, no literal meaning), and empty them with Svabhāva (nature, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, nature). From emptiness, from the skull cup arising from Āḥ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, no literal meaning), the offerings arising from Hūṃ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, no literal meaning), their nature is emptiness, appearing as offerings, their function is the objects of the six senses, giving unsurpassed bliss free from defilements. Recite: Oṃ Arghaṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. In the place of Arghaṃ (merit water), recite Pādyaṃ (foot washing water) to Śabda (sound), and Rūpa (form) to Sparśa (touch), and bless them with mudras. Recite: Oṃ Guru Ārya Mañjuśrī Sarva Buddha Bodhisattva Sapariwāra Arghaṃ Pratīccha Hūṃ Svāhā. Thus, offer water, two uses, music, five desirable qualities, etc. Bless and offer the inner offering: Purify with the activity mantra of the inner offering, and empty it with Svabhāva (nature, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, nature), from Yaṃ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, no literal meaning) arises wind, from Raṃ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, no literal meaning) arises fire, on the three-person head stand arising from Āḥ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, no literal meaning), place the wide skull cup arising from Āḥ (seed syllable, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, no literal meaning), in which there are five meats and five nectars, and three syllables. From your heart, radiate light, the wind stirs, the fire burns, the substances in the skull cup melt, transforming into a great ocean of wisdom nectar. Recite three times: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ to bless it. Offer this to the essence of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathāgatas of the ten directions and three times, before the glorious root guru, reciting: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer to the Victorious One, the All-Pervading Lord, the Great Vajradhara, the Vajra family, the son of Mañjuśrī, the hero, the omniscient Tsongkhapa, reciting: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Recite: Oṃ Guru Ārya Mañjuśrī Sapariwāra Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer in this way, and then offer to the Dharma protectors, etc., as usual, and then offer praise: 'Possessing a youthful body,' etc., one verse, or praise with the Twenty Praises. You can also praise with other praises, either elaborate or concise. After that, offer a maṇḍala, either elaborate or concise, visualizing that you are offering your body, possessions, good deeds of the three times, etc., selflessly, and pray with strong intention, joining your palms together: Pray to the glorious guru who is the embodiment of all gurus. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I pray! To the Guru who embodies all Yidams (yi dam, इष्टदेवता, iṣṭadevatā, 守护神) , Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (byang chub sems dpa', बोधिसत्त्व, bodhisattva, 菩萨), all heroes and heroines, all Dakinis (mkha' 'gro, डाकिनी, ḍākinī, 空行母) and Dharma Protectors (chos skyong, धर्मपाल, dharmapāla, 护法), the essence of all bliss, the root of all goodness, the essence of all virtuous accumulations, the master of the ground and the path, the master of the four Kayas (sku bzhi, चतुःकाय, catuḥkāya, 四身) of fruition, the master of love, compassion, and Bodhicitta (byang chub kyi sems, बोधिचित्त, bodhicitta, 菩提心), who realizes the profound meaning, the great city of liberation, the staircase to higher realms, the master of skillful means and wisdom, who dispels all downfalls of Samsara (srid pa, संसार, saṃsāra, 轮回) and Nirvana (zhi, निर्वाण, nirvāṇa, 涅槃), the root of all qualities, I pray to the glorious Lama (bla ma, गुरु, guru, 上师)! After praying in this way many times, and reciting whatever prayers one can, recite the prayer 'Whenever I wish to see'. First, meditate and pray in this way, and from then on, do not invite or dismiss the Guru Father and Mother together with their palace. At all times and in all ways, repeatedly visualize them clearly, without ever being separated for even a moment, and meditate that they dwell within your heart. This is very important. After that, the method of practicing Guru Yoga (bla ma'i rnal 'byor, गुरुयोग, guruyoga, 上师瑜伽) is as follows: In the sky in front of you, on top of a lotus with a thousand petals of various kinds, from 'Visualize the Guru Father and Mother in front of you' to 'May I see them without any obstacles', as before, visualize the Guru Father and Mother in front of you, make offerings, praises, and prayers. Finally, invite them with the rays of light from your own heart, and the Guru Father and Mother together with their palace in front of you dissolve into the Guru Father and Mother together with their palace in your own heart, and think that you have become fully endowed with power, strength, and glory. In this way, although you visualize the form of the venerable Father and Mother, meditate that their essence is your own Root Guru (rtsa ba'i bla ma, मूलगुरु, mūlaguru, 根本上师). It is best to practice six sessions a day, or four sessions as an intermediate practice, or at least one session a day without interruption, and make prayers. The benefits of practicing in this way are very great and numerous. In this way, the method of practicing Guru Yoga (bla ma'i rnal 'byor, गुरुयोग, guruyoga, 上师瑜伽) shown earlier, connected with this, is the special instruction for receiving the four empowerments: (The precious Guru mainly practices the secret practice of self-generation of the deity, and also practices Vajrabhairava (rdo rje 'jigs byed, वज्रभैरव, vajrabhairava, 金刚怖畏) a lot, so it is also okay to practice Guhyasamaja (gsang 'dus, गुह्यसमाज, guhyasamāja, 密集金刚) and Chakrasamvara (bde mchog, चक्रसंवर, cakrasaṃvara, 胜乐金刚). I mainly practice the inner practice, and the inner practice is mainly...) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
