It shows the excellence of the teachings, shows that the tantra is extremely difficult to obtain, shows that one can achieve supreme accomplishment in this life by relying on this tantra, and shows that the tantra is extremely profound. The second part is divided into two points: general meaning and branch meaning. The third part is divided into two points: general meaning and branch meaning. The fourth part is divided into three points: to show that even if later practitioners listen to the tantra completely, they cannot understand its meaning, the bodhisattvas of the past wept for this; to show that a practitioner like a precious jewel can liberate them, the bodhisattvas answered the questions that dispelled their sorrow; a practitioner like a precious jewel dispelled their confusion, enabling them to realize the suchness. The eighth part is divided into five points: to show the fruit to be obtained, the main deity merges into the clear light; the four goddesses urge him to arise from the clear light with songs; after arising from the clear light, he corresponds to the four sights and so on with the nature of the four lineages; after that, the three vajras fill the entire space; the teacher corresponds to the wisdom mudra and shows the way to benefit sentient beings. Among them, there are four points: the light of wisdom corresponding to the samadhi empowers sentient beings, making them all become named Samantabhadra; showing that sentient beings are equal to Samantabhadra, this is what the retinue sees; the retinue is amazed by this and asks questions; showing that the nature of desire is clear light, so there is no need to be surprised. The ninth part is divided into four points: generally entrusting the tantra to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the assembly; specifically entrusting it to Vajradharma and receiving consent; explaining these meanings in conjunction with later practitioners; after the tantra is entrusted, showing that the retinue all become the three vajras. The fourth part is divided into four points: how the vajra disciple asks the guru; answering the questions asked; therefore, one must eliminate doubts and determine the superiority and inferiority of one's own and others' tenets; and the summary of the tantric text. The first part is divided into three points: for the mantra practitioners who turn their backs on the teachings of the six extremes, even if they obtain the generation stage, they cannot fully obtain the key to union; showing that the union with seven kinds of excellence is the ultimate meaning of the tantra; and asking who will teach this meaning and how it will enter the minds of those to be tamed when the teacher and compiler are not in the world. The second part is divided into three points: the profound scriptures of… --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The way in which the ultimate protector Nāgārjuna was prophesied to be a teacher: Thus, the lamas who have descended from Nāgārjuna have shown how to explain the profound meaning of the union and transfer it to the minds of those to be tamed. The way in which the protector Nāgārjuna attained the ultimate state and showed the ultimate path, and then went to Sukhāvatī (the Pure Land of Bliss). This is the summary of the seventeenth chapter. Third, regarding the way in which the explanation of the tantra is completed, there are three points: It is shown that the way of explaining the king of tantras through the six extremes (mtha' drug) is particularly superior to other ways of explaining; the virtue of explaining in this way is dedicated to the cause of accomplishing the two benefits of temporary and ultimate meaning; and it is shown that this chapter has been explained. Fourth, regarding the meaning of the conclusion, there are two points: Which author composed it based on the oral instructions of which great accomplished one; and how it was translated into Tibetan by which Tibetan and Indian translators. The root tantra of the king of all tantras, the glorious Guhyasamāja, the summary of the explanation of the extensive commentary called 'Pradīpoddyotana' (The Lamp Which Illuminates), was composed by the yogi of the glorious Guhyasamāja, Shar Tsongkhapa Losang Drakpa, at Ganden Namgyal Ling in Drok Riwoche. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
