The Bhagavan, contemplating from the secret of his precious mind, liberating from his blazing tongue, invites all the nagas, offers prostrations and offerings, makes aspirations, offers their own essences, nourishes them with various naga medicines, performs confession, and entrusts activities, these are spoken.
