May the continuous stream of protection follow that sentient being, and may I abide for the sake of complete acceptance. May I avert all the hellish sufferings of sentient beings. O Blessed One, I shall repay the kindness, and I shall not be ungrateful. Then, the four great kings said to the Blessed One: O Blessed One, please explain how to perform the ritual of this dharani. After they had spoken thus, the Blessed One said to the four great kings: Listen, and I shall explain how to perform the ritual. For the sake of benefiting all sentient beings, a son of good family or a daughter of good family, on the fifteenth day of the month, having bathed and put on clean clothes, abiding in the upavasa vows, and reciting it a thousand times, then when sentient beings' lives are exhausted, they will be turned back. They will be free from disease. They will obtain purification of all obscurations. They will be completely liberated from all the bad migrations, such as the hells of sentient beings. Even the sound of this dharani should be proclaimed in the ears of those who have gone to the place of birth of animals, so that one should know that that bad migration of theirs is the last. Whoever is afflicted by a great disease, which the doctors cannot distinguish, will also be freed from that disease. All of his births in bad migrations will also be cut off. Having died and transmigrated, he will also be born in the happy realm of the world, and one should know that that very place of the womb is the last. Wherever he is born, in each and every birth, he will be born miraculously only in the heart of a lotus. In all lifetimes, he will also remember his lifetimes. For the sake of those sinful sentient beings who have died, having recited this dharani twenty-one times on mustard seeds, and scattered them on the heaps of their bones, then they will not be born in the hells of sentient beings, the place of birth of animals, the world of Yama, or other bad migrations other than the realm of the pretas, but they will be liberated from those bad migrations by the power of this dharani. 将成为供养的对境。将变得长寿。将体验安乐。将恒常具有喜悦，并将获得大涅槃。死后也将往生到极乐世界。之后也将前往各种不同的佛土。在那里也将与一切如来相遇。一切如来将给予加持。一切如来将给予授记。在一切佛土中也将成为世间的光明。天王，以此方便，众生地狱等一切恶趣也将完全清净。将变得长寿。天王，你前往，为天子甚坚宣说并弘扬此陀罗尼。天王，七日后，天子甚坚的一切眷属都将非常欢喜和信奉。之后，天王帝释从如来处领受了此随教，安住于此，并将此陀罗尼给予了天子甚坚。之后，那位天子在七日之内，昼夜六时精勤修持此陀罗尼，由此一切都变得圆满，例如：从恶趣中完全解脱，安住在安乐的道上，变得长寿。唉玛吙！阿拉拉佛！阿拉拉法！阿拉拉如此伟大的陀罗尼出现在世间，它使我从巨大的恐惧中完全解脱！如此这般特别宣说。圣者一切恶趣清净顶髻尊胜佛母陀罗尼圆满。

Will become an object of offering. Will become long-lived. Will experience happiness. Will always have joy and will attain great Nirvana. After death, one will also be born in the Pure Land of Bliss. Then one will also go to various different Buddha lands. There one will also meet all the Tathagatas. All the Tathagatas will give blessings. All the Tathagatas will give prophecies. In all Buddha lands, one will also become the light of the world. King of Gods, by this means, all the evil destinies of sentient beings, such as hells, will also be completely purified. One will become long-lived. King of Gods, you go and proclaim and propagate this dharani to the son of gods, Shin Tu Tenpa (Extremely Firm). King of Gods, in seven days, all the retinues of the son of gods, Shin Tu Tenpa, will be very happy and devoted. Then, the King of Gods, Indra, received this teaching from the Tathagata, abided by it, and gave this dharani to the son of gods, Shin Tu Tenpa. Then, that son of gods, within seven days, diligently practiced this dharani six times during the day and six times during the night, and by this, everything became perfect, such as: completely liberated from the evil destinies, abiding on the path of happiness, becoming long-lived. Emaho! Alala Buddha! Alala Dharma! Alala Such a great dharani has appeared in the world, it has completely liberated me from great fear! Thus, this is specially proclaimed. The Noble, All Evil Destinies Purifying, Crown Victory Buddha Mother Dharani is complete.
