ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉི་མའི་སྙིང་པོ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་དྲི་མ་མེད་པར་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟར་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་འོད་གསལ་བ་ནི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་སྣང་བས་འབར་ཞིང་འདུག་གོ །ལྷ་ཡི་དབང་པོ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་དེའང་གོས་པ་མེད་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཤིན་རྗེས་ནུབ་མོ་དེའི་ནམ་ལངས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལྷའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང༌། གོས་དང༌། རྒྱན་ལ་སོགས་པས་མཆོད་པ་དང༌། བསྟི་སྟང་བྱས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་གཏུགས་ཏེ། འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཟུངས་འདི་ནི་མཐུ་ཆེ་ཞིང་སྨན་ཡོན་ཆེ་བ་ལགས་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ཀྱང་རྟག་ཏུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་སེམས་ཅན་དེའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་བསྲུང་བ་དང༌། ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་བའི་སླད་དུ་གནས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་དེ་བཟློག་པར་བགྱིའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ནི་བྱས་པ་གཟོ་བར་བགྱིད་དེ་བྱས་པ་མི་གཟོ་བར་མི་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཟུངས་འདིའི་ཆོ་ག་ཇི་ལྟར་བགྱི་བའི་ཚུལ་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་པ་དང༌། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །ཉོན་ཅིག་དང་ཆོ་ག་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱ་བའི་ཚུལ་བཤད་པར་བྱའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་དང༌། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོས་ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔའི་ཉིན་པར་ཁྲུས་བྱས་ལ་གོས་གཙང་མ་གྱོན་ཏེ། བསྙེན་གནས་ལ་གནས་ཏེ་ལན་སྟོང་དུ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ན། སེམས་ཅན་ཚེ་ཟད་པའི་ཚེ་ཕྱིར་ནུར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནད་དང་བྲལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཐ་ན་དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་སུ་སོང་བའི་རྣ་ལམ་དུ་ཡང་གཟུངས་འདིའི་སྒྲ་བསྒྲག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེས་ན་དེའི་ངན་འགྲོ་དེ་ཉིད་ཐ་མ་ཡིན་པར་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་ཞིག་ནད་ཆེན་པོས་བཏབ་སྟེ། སྨན་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བྱེ་བྲག་མ་ཕྱེ་བ་དེ་ཡང༌། ནད་དེ་ལས་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེའི་ངན་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་རྒྱུན་ཆད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། Lord of the gods, you should hold this. As soon as this dharani is heard, the karmic obscurations accumulated over hundreds of thousands of kalpas will be purified. Know that beings will no longer be born in various forms of life, such as hells, the realm of animals, the world of Yama, the realm of pretas, the class of asuras, such as: yakshas, rakshasas, bhutas, flesh-eaters, foul-smelling ones, body-foul-smelling ones, forgetful ones, dogs, turtles, snakes, fierce carnivores, birds, bees, scorpions, ants, and other kinds of creatures. Except for encountering the Tathagata, or being born into the lineage of Bodhisattvas. This great lineage is as follows: like the lineage of Brahmins, like a great tree; or the lineage of kings, like a great tree; or the lineage of householders, like a great tree; or the lineage of merchants, like a great tree, so I say. 相续不断地守护着那个众生，为了完全摄受而安住。愿我遣除众生的一切地狱之苦。世尊，我将报答恩情，不会忘恩负义。然后，四大天王向世尊禀告说：世尊，请您开示这个陀罗尼的仪轨如何进行。如此禀告后，世尊对四大天王说道：谛听，我将讲述如何进行仪轨。为了利益一切众生，善男子和善女子在每月十五这天沐浴后穿上干净的衣服，安住于近住戒，念诵一千遍，那么众生寿命耗尽时也能延寿。远离疾病，获得清净一切业障，从众生地狱等一切恶趣中完全解脱。甚至对于堕入畜生道的众生，也要在其耳边宣说这个陀罗尼的声音，要知道那将是它最后一次堕入恶趣。如果有人身患重病，医生们也无法辨别病因，那么他也能从那个疾病中解脱，他的一切恶趣之生也将断绝。死后也能往生到极乐世界，要知道那将是他最后一次的胎生。无论他转生到何处，都将化生于莲花之中，生生世世都能回忆起前世。对于那些作恶的众生，在他们死后，为了他们的利益，将这个陀罗尼念诵二十一遍后撒在芥子上，然后撒在他们的骨灰上，那么他们将不会转生到众生地狱、畜生道、阎罗王的世间或者饿鬼道等其他的恶趣之中，他们将凭借这个陀罗尼的力量从那些恶趣中解脱，从那些恶趣中解脱后也能转生为天人。如果有人每天念诵此咒二十一遍，那么许多世间
