The awareness of rigpa that arises from the basis of earthly delusion, carried by the winds, with the mingling of wind and mind, is the root of grasping and the grasped, of samsara. The object of training, the essence of the heart, the palace of dharma, is rigpa itself, the basis, the indivisibility of the three kayas. The object to be trained is the impure dharma of the three doors that arises from the expanse of that basis, the delusion of wind and mind, together with deluded appearances. The method of training is according to the oral instructions of the precious guru. Here, the guidance or awakening of rigpa is primarily the king of all superior seeing, the non-conceptual rigpa, the vajra chain. Therefore, it is crucial to rest solely in rigpa during all periods of rest. First, the method of going to a solitary place; upon arriving there, visualize yourself as the innate deity, and by offering tormas and libations to the local deities residing there, dispel obstacles and accomplish conducive conditions. The generation of bodhicitta is for the sake of liberating all sentient beings from suffering and its causes, awakening the wisdom of their own nature, and manifesting the form that reveals the three kayas. "I shall distinguish samsara from nirvana," with this thought, generate bodhicitta with mantra. In the space in front, visualize Guru Heruka as the embodiment of all refuges, pray with one-pointed devotion, and dissolve him into light, viewing the three doors as the play of the guru's three secrets. Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Se (藏文,梵文天城体:से,梵文罗马拟音:se,汉语字面意思:瑟), when abiding, blend with the place and time, point the threatening mudra, radiating fire and light, towards your own heart, and meditate on him gazing with wrathful eyes. Between abiding and transition, if the hand does not waver while abiding, it obstructs the arising stage; if the arising stage manifests, it obscures the nature of abiding. Therefore, the mind cannot be used; if it is not merely common shamatha, what need is there to mention the rigpa of Dzogchen? The method of breaking up stagnation is as follows: if one cannot relax and remains stagnant like a lump, without thinking about the past, future, or the dharmadhatu of the mind, but instead allows whatever appears before the five sense faculties in the present moment to relax and expresses it in words. Immediately, place sound and thoughts on rigpa. Similarly, repeatedly practice remembering and scattering the physical and verbal gestures of the six realms of beings, and release thoughts of hope, fear, acceptance, and rejection. Through practice, break the aggregation of the delusion of wind and mind, and when abiding in this state, it is a state of emptiness.

To differentiate, the experience of emptiness is the part that is free from the delusion of the three times. The experience of clarity is the part where dullness and darkness have cleared away. Therefore, one must recognize the essence of these, the way they abide in their nature, and the uninterrupted knowing and wisdom, the very nature of all-knowing and all-seeing. Generally, the place where the movement of mind ceases, whether recognized or not, is awareness. In any case, one must fall between states of change, so one should not be allowed to maintain self-possession at any time of arising or abiding. To place realization at the point of cessation is merely to interrupt, but in the tradition of the Instruction Section, there is no such thing as identifying and leaving it as it is. If one is a superior person, one will not lose confidence in view, nor lose one's natural state in meditation, remaining inseparable from the guru's appearance and inseparable from the essence of bodhicitta. Through practicing the methods of purification without error, no matter how it arises, there is nothing other than the three—arising, abiding, and liberation—on the basis of awareness, as Garab Dorje said: At the time of arising, there is no good or bad in the co-arising; at the time of abiding, there is no good or bad in the co-abiding; at the time of liberation, there is no good or bad in the co-liberation; there is nothing other than the three—arising, abiding, and liberation—on the basis of awareness. Sometimes, allow distraction, look to see if it is distracting, and whether it is distracting or not, place it on the basis of awareness. Whether one follows with correct view or mindfulness, or whether one drives it away with 'Ah heh' mindfulness, one knows it through that. If the blessings of the pith instructions of the glorious guru of the three lineages have touched the heart, then realization must be like the sky, unchanging as it is said. Now, in the midst of the guru and friends, in times of being full and warm with the sun, not only is this a time to practice diligently, but it is said that when the house collapses and one goes to the bardo, one must also seize the ground. From time to time, when exhausted by fatigue, utter the sound 'Ha,' etc., lie on one's back, and rest solely in awareness. Finally, with the root of virtue together with its fruit, dedicate and aspire for the sake of all sentient beings awakening to their own natural wisdom and attaining Buddhahood. At that time, the introduction to the ripening instructions of the inseparable awareness of the three kayas, the main practice, is: the manifestation of the essence of emptiness is the wisdom dharmakaya that knows all forms; the manifestation of the essence of self-clarity is the three pure lands and palaces; the manifestation of the essence of compassionate awareness is the arising and liberation of the thoughts of the three times. The way of liberation is, whether it is the five or three of the Great Perfection Kama and Terma
