Although Zhabdrung Rinpoche introduced him, he was still not satisfied, because that talkative and worried mediocrity was not qualified to practice tantra, so he said that apart from the virtuous deeds of body and speech, mandala, and retreat, this mantra should not be uttered even a single word. Being indecisive like this is the ninth root downfall, because any of the three doubts is the real cause of falling into hell. If one is liberated, even if one obtains bodies as numerous as the dust particles in a great kalpa of a Buddha-field, not only will one not encounter tantra, but one will not even see the face of the noble Sangha, not even a dust particle in the sunlight. A person who enters tantra has no third place to go other than hell and Buddha. Thus, there is no other place to go either up or down, so if one breaks the vows, one should go to hell. The vow is that from today onwards, one will not make mistakes, one will not do wrong things. Thus, one swears with the eighteen hells as witnesses. If one does not break it, the water of the vow and consciousness merge, becoming the color of Vajrasattva and attaining Buddhahood; if one breaks it, the water of the vow and consciousness merge, becoming a Rakshasa of sin with nine heads, each head having nine heads, and eighteen horns on the heads, therefore one will go to hell. Just like this, tantra is difficult to explain extensively except by a qualified master to a few qualified disciples. Thus, even if external rudeness can destroy the errors of body, speech, and mind, for example, even if there is a seed, but if one cuts off the sprout that grew earlier, the cause that produces the later one still exists, so even if one has obtained bodies from beginningless time until now, the six root syllables exist in the six places in the form of seeds, where all the collections of poison and miserliness, habitual tendencies, and defilements correspond to the color of the letters, no matter how one visualizes or equally visualizes this seed to be purified. The upper three seeds face upwards, animals are on the right, hungry ghosts are on the left, and hell is below, visualizing the seeds, the antidote is in the throat, heart, and mouth. The essence of self-awareness manifests as the Vajra body, the white empty ༀ (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओम्, IAST: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), symbolizing the Dharmadhatu. Similarly, speech is red ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, IAST: āḥ, literal meaning: Ah), and mind is blue ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum), the body, speech, and mind of all the Victors are inseparable from the inexhaustible wheel of adornments, and one recites the three syllables.

Then, visualize the three lights of white, red, and blue, or the fire of wisdom blazing in such a way that, due to faith and prayer to Heruka on the crown of the head, the light dissolves, becoming like pouring butter into a fire, burning like the fire at the end of time, and all the collections of seeds, habits, and defilements are thought to be burned like tiny hairs. And visualize that the collections of seeds and habits in the minds of all sentient beings, as well as the three syllables in the three places, etc., are like oneself, and due to one's own act of burning, they are burned to ashes together. Repeat the visualization in this way again and again. Knowing that there are letters of the three bodies in the minds of all sentient beings is taking refuge. Thinking of burning habits is generating bodhicitta. Burning is the main practice. Being free from habits is dedication, which is said to be encompassed by special accumulation and purification. Therefore, the three doors and three secrets, and the three of appearance, sound, and awareness arising as deity, mantra, and dharmata, are the generation stage and the vows of means. These three, gathering the conceptual thoughts of grasping at characteristics into the dharmadhatu, are the completion stage and the vows of wisdom. Means and wisdom, E-VAM (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: thus) are the vows of union. It is said that the vows of mantra, if one possesses this key point of gathering a million vows, then not a single one will be broken. If one grasps this key point, one can place the view high, place the practice on a solid foundation, and place the conduct on the edge of a cliff. The view can transcend, the practice can be without distraction, and the conduct can avoid obstacles, so it is said that from now until death, no matter where one goes, high, low, or in a cave, one cannot abandon it. During the practice of the body, as mentioned above, the three doors are transformed into the three vajras, so visualize one's own body as a blue three-pointed vajra, or the two postures of the vajra standing and sitting, the former like the common sitting posture of Dzogchen such as Mindrolling, like Jikmé Lingpa, and the latter like Longchenpa. During the practice of speech, the increase is gathering at the crown of the head, dissolving into light, and merging into the base. The base is a blue, empty HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), symbolizing the dharmadhatu. From that HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), countless HUMs (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) identical to HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) emanate from the right nostril and all the pores. Visualize all external and internal, container and contained, stable and moving, subtle and gross as HUMs (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) of all sizes. The sound of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), the large one like the roar of a thousand dragons, the small one like a bee entering the Brahma's hole, thereby establishing the nature of the dharma that is held. For the inner aggregates, HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) emanates from the left nostril and pores,
