The way to guide according to the essence of Mahamudra. The way to guide according to the essence of Mahamudra. There are four ways to guide Mahamudra: the Sutra method, the Tantra method, the Essence method, and the Union method. Among them, the Sutra method is to enter through the four yogas in conjunction with the ten bhumis and five paths. The Tantra method is in accordance with the general method of unsurpassed tantra, learning the luminosity guided by the four emptinesses and the wisdom guided by the four joys from the path of generation and completion. The Essence method is similar to Tögal practice. Here, it is the Essence method of guidance. By practicing only the three aspects of abiding, moving, and awareness, one can eventually see the truth of Dharmata. However, those who do not understand this method may say, "I only know the three aspects of abiding, moving, and awareness, and know nothing else," and thus disregard it. But if the key points of the path of the three aspects of abiding, moving, and awareness are correctly grasped, they can be combined with the path of the noble ones. What more excellent path is needed than that? The key to seeing the truth of Dharmata on the path of seeing is that the practitioner has the essence of the mind, the Tathagatagarbha, in their being. This is called the Tathagatagarbha in the Sutras, the original mind in the general unsurpassed tantras, and the luminosity guided by the four emptinesses. In Mahamudra, it is the innate coemergent wisdom. In Dzogchen, it is the self-arisen wisdom. The meaning of these teachings is awakened through special instructions. Therefore, the root of all Dharmas lies in the mind, because the mind is the creator of the three realms. The reason for this is that there can be no afflictions that are not led by ignorance and clinging to reality. Without afflictions, there can be no accumulation of karma. Without the accumulation of karma, there can be no illusory appearances of the six realms. Therefore, samsara does not exist apart from the illusions of the three times of mind led by ignorance and clinging to reality. Nirvana does not exist apart from the pacification of the illusions of the three times of mind led by ignorance and clinging to reality. It is necessary to understand this. In short, ignorance and clinging to reality are like a magician, and these illusory appearances are like the illusions created by the magician.

, like a city, this is the meaning of what is said. In Mipham Rinpoche's treatise "The Old Dog Vomiting Gold," it is said that this is in accordance with many lines of reasoning. If a magician exists, just as a magical city disappears. If one realizes the meaning of the mind's nature, the great luminosity of emptiness, then this ignorance of clinging to reality will disappear, just as illusory phenomena disappear. While these illusory phenomena exist, the cause acts on the effect, and the effect needs to rely on the cause. Therefore, as long as illusory phenomena have not disappeared into the realm of reality, the infallible law of cause and effect exists. The fact that six different appearances are seen by the six types of beings in one water due to karmic appearances is not an appearance without cause or condition. Until karmic appearances are exhausted, one will not see the true state of affairs as they are. These inverted karmic appearances, which are illusory phenomena that do not exist at the time of the initial ground and the final fruition, must be understood as the empty essence of non-existence, the single empty form. Whether it is Sutra or Tantra, they all agree that these illusory phenomena do not exist at the time of fruition. The initial ground refers to the luminosity when sentient beings die, when the previous wind-mind has been absorbed and the subsequent wind-mind has not yet arisen. If one realizes the secret essence of the mind, the wisdom of the luminous nature of reality, one will be proficient in all dharmas, and the meaning of realizing the two selflessnesses will be complete in one's own system. Here, many logical analyses are omitted, which is to show how to realize the secret essence of the mind through the practice of pith instructions. In general, the way to establish a view through hearing, thinking, and meditating requires many logical analyses, starting from the common outer and inner preliminaries up to the main practice. After the main practice is introduced, one abides in meditative equipoise. In the post-meditation state, one cultivates analytical meditation to distinguish between dharma and non-dharma, thereby generating wisdom and insight. Therefore, abiding meditation and analytical meditation are said to be like male and female birds feeding each other. When habit becomes natural, only abiding meditation is sufficient. When one does not turn one's face outward from the coarse mind, but turns inward and looks at the secret essence of the mind, the method of abiding generally has two types: with support and without support, with characteristics and without characteristics. Therefore, with the insight that is fully endowed with perfect tranquility,
