་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ནི་ཉུང་། སངས་རྒྱས་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་དཀོན། འཁོར་བ་ ལས་ཐར་བ་ནི་དཀོན། དེ་ལྟར་ཡིན་གྱིས་དལ་བ་ཆུད་གསོན་པར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག ཕྱིས་མི་ཁོམ་པར་འགྱུར་ཅིང་། ཕྱིས་གསོར་མི་རུང་བར་གྱུར་ཏ་རེ་ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ།། །།མངྒལཾ་བྷ་ཝནྟུ།། །།ཤུབྷཾ།།

善妙圆满是稀少的，佛陀出世是罕见的，从轮回中解脱是困难的。因此，不要虚度这暇满人身，将来会变得没有空闲，将来会变得无法挽回。如是说。吉祥圆满！ शुभं！ मंग्गलं भवन्तु (藏文， मंगलं भवन्तु，mangalaṃ bhavantu，愿吉祥)！
English
Perfection is rare, the appearance of a Buddha is uncommon, and liberation from samsara is difficult. Therefore, do not waste this precious human life with leisure, for later there will be no opportunity, and later it will become impossible to recover. Thus it is said. May there be auspiciousness!
