Oh, the one who possesses all kinds of essence. There is nothing that does not arise from these. The difference in various garments, is that they are worn as one wishes. Few are the beings who constantly practice the ten paths of non-virtuous actions. Most abide in virtue. Because of the countless sages who abide in the path of the three vehicles, all speak the language of the gods. The people who live there, their lifespan is no less than a hundred years, and untimely death is rare. They always enjoy desires, but they do not fall from virtue. Likewise, Dharma and desire, wealth and the meaning of liberation, are enjoyed as if they were perfectly complete. There is nothing else like this. Whenever a king's son is born, precious jewels will come. He who radiates excellent light for seven days, know that he is a Bodhisattva. The flowers that have never been seen before, blossom greatly, and she who is born manifest in the house, is a goddess's consort mother. The human lord, together with the consort mother, is without old age and without sickness. He always lives by gentle laws, and is like a Chakravartin. Always Bodhisattvas and sages who practice mantras, only show true wisdom, not just the realm of conceptual thought. Various kinds of activities, and the eight siddhis, etc., as well as other various siddhis, are not difficult to find manifest there. The practitioner who practices every month, this is the desired siddhi. With the great words of joy of the Dharma, there is always wonder and joy. Practitioners who are free from attachment and joy, with a mind of virtue in one practice, the pure mind is gentle, generosity, patience, gentleness, etc., harmlessness, concentration, etc., intelligence, knowledge, and good listening, meditation, recitation, and offerings, etc., like that, practice the truth. That is the assembly that spoke, and everyone rejoiced. The five hundred who possess good fortune, repeatedly prostrated and circumambulated. Then the compassionate protector of the world, very much laughed and said, "Excellent, excellent!" For the sake of liberating many beings, this was spoken with a meaningful hook.
