The Sadhana of the Protector Known as Tiger Rider. The Sadhana of the Protector Known as Tiger Rider. Om Swasti. (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭཱ་སྟི།,梵文天城体:ओṃ स्वस्ति,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svasti,汉语字面意思:Om, may there be well-being!) I prostrate to the Lama who is the embodiment of all Buddhas, and to the Blood Drinker who is the embodiment of all Yidams. Having paid homage, I will explain the Sadhana of the Glorious Black Great One, known as Tiger Rider. The instructions for the three aspects of approach, accomplishment, and activity of this practice should be understood from the old texts. Here, I will briefly describe the Sadhana associated with the Torma offering, and the initiation text. In front, arrange a painted image and offering Tormas. Abiding in the Yoga of the self as the Yidam Heruka, or any of the Great Wrathful Ones, purify the generation in front. On the ground of a great charnel ground, within a dark blue flaming Dharma source arising from E (藏文:ཨེ,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:E). From the dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the lotus and sun, light radiates. All enemies, obstacles, and malevolent beings are subdued, gathered, and completely transformed. From this arises the Glorious Wisdom Protector, the Great Powerful Black One, whose body color is as black as the clouds at the end of time. The right hand raises a great sandalwood club into the sky. The left hand holds an iron bowl filled with great blood, which he drinks. The three eyes blaze, and the four fangs are bared like copper. The beard, eyebrows, and hair blaze like fire. He wears a nine-layered great black cloak. He is bound with a golden belt. He wears long Sakti boots. He has a crown of dry skulls, a necklace of wet skulls, and a headdress of black snakes. He is adorned with golden earrings and so on. He rides a fierce great tiger, and leads a white lion as a companion. An iron hawk hovers over his head, and jackals, wolves, bears, and wild boars follow behind. He dwells in the midst of blazing flames. To the left, from Bhyo (藏文:བྷྱོཿ,梵文天城体:भ्यो,梵文罗马拟音:bhyo,汉语字面意思:Bhyo) arises a red-black goddess with three eyes and hair hanging in a single braid. She holds a human skin book and a disease bag. She rides an iron mule with three horse legs. She dwells in the midst of swirling black winds. The retinue that emanates from the body of the main deity is as follows: The messenger of the body, the blue-green Lord of Life, raises a victory banner with a human corpse impaled on the tip of a trident. The messenger of speech, the red-black butcher, blows a buffalo horn with his right hand. The left hand holds an iron stake, driving it in, and holds a black lasso binding the neck of the deceased. The messenger of mind, the black The'u, holds a curved knife and a human heart. There are also messengers who eat flesh, messengers who drink blood, and messengers of life.
