Having arisen from the causes of disturbances, may all unfavorable harms be averted, and may the activities of bestowing happiness and accomplishments be performed. During this time, recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. The confession is as follows: BHOH (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Bhyoh! O glorious command-abiding, close-hearted one, please consider me, goddess and retinue. The difficult-to-transgress, vajra samaya's firm guardian, although not completely abandoned, nor transgressed, yet not entering into emptiness, exhausting strength, having low view, not understanding the meaning of the nature of reality, short meditation, the goddess's form unclear, few heart mantras, incomplete, flawed, mixing broken vows with tsok, purifying misdeeds, speaking of broken vows, mixing idle talk, breaking vows and promises, exceeding time limits, incomplete samaya substances, flawed torma essence, not diligently practicing meditation, laziness and distraction, transmitting secret instructions to others, etc., if there is regret and confession and a request for forgiveness, please purify us with great compassion. The samaya of body is broken, I confess. The samaya of speech is broken, I confess. The samaya of mind is broken, I confess. The root samaya is broken, I confess. The branch samaya is broken, I confess. All violations and confusions of body, speech, mind, root, and branch, I confess individually. Having offered confession, please purify us. Thus it is said. If you know and are willing, before the hundred-syllable mantra or at the end of the confession, you should do whatever you can of the general praise of Palden Lhamo and the specific praise of this deity. Then, intensely urge and briefly curse the enemy as follows: From the peak of existence down to the Naraka hell realm, may the Three Jewels be present as judge and witness. May the Three Jewels act as judge and witness! Glorious Queen of Desire Realm, ocean of oath-bound protectors, gods and powerful beings, may the eight classes of gods and demons act as witness! May the gods and demons of existence decide the judgment, I am innocent and without fault. This sinner has committed all sins, may the fierce protectors who speak the truth punish him. This oath-breaking, sinful executioner, destroys the Buddha's teachings, degrades the glory of the Three Jewels, transgresses the guru's words and vows, curses you protectors, offends the vidyadharas.
