Hūṃ, self-arisen, primordially pure, A medicine compounded from eighty thousand roots, The essence of the five wisdoms and five vows, A substance that perfects and accomplishes the five wisdoms. To liberate the six realms from all obscurations, This nectar that dispels the five poisons, To all the Buddhas and, The great assembly of Bodhisattvas, We offer with faith, With compassion, consider and accept. Having accepted, please make us happy, Grant the supreme, miraculous siddhis. Oṃ sarva tathāgata mahā pañca amṛta pūja kharaṃ khā hi. To the Vajra Acharyas of the past, To the Vajra Acharyas who are present now, To the Lamas of the victorious mind lineage, To the Lamas of the vidyādhara symbolic lineage, To the Lamas of the personal ear-whispered lineage, To Amitābha, Avalokiteśvara, Hayagrīva, Padmasambhava, Wönten, and others, To the root and lineage Lamas, we offer this pūja. With compassion, Consider, and grant empowerment and siddhis. Of the immortal nectar, rasāyana, This supreme offering of the sacred substance nectar, To Padma Wangchen and his retinue, We offer with faith, Having accepted, please make everyone happy, Grant the miraculous siddhis. Mahā pañca amṛta kharaṃ khā hi. Again, to the lineage Lamas, after the name, offer to the face of the Lama named "This." Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Raise and offer the inner offering from the crown of the head with the thumb and forefinger. Add the three syllables to the end of the heart mantra and offer the inner offering from the heart. Add the three syllables to the Dharma protector mantra and offer the inner offering from the navel. Hūṃ, wisdom wrathful powerful one, The supreme siddhi of body, speech, and mind, May the yogi's body, speech, and mind be absorbed, Transformed into non-duality and stabilized. Kāya siddhi oṃ. Vāk suddhi āḥ. Citta siddhi hūṃ. Thus, take the siddhis. This supreme medicine, pure, self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished, To the maṇḍala and retinue of the playing Hayagriva, We respectfully offer the pūja, kharaṃ khā hi. Grant the supreme and common siddhis. Oṃ mahā pañca amṛta kharaṃ khā hi. The great offering of coitus, the union, Of skillful means and wisdom, non-dual, The vajra enters the lotus, We perform the pūja of the secret offering. Padma sukha bodhicitta svāhā. All the demons are summoned, cut off, and dissolved into the torma and rakta. The emanated wrathful assembly blazes, filling all ten directions and realms. Having torn apart the net of samsaric afflictions, may the five poisons be liberated into the expanse. Sarva Shatrum Maraya Phat. (藏文：སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲུཾ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：सर्व शत्रु मारय फट्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva śatruṃ māraya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：All Enemies Kill Destroy). May all that has become a field be liberated into the expanse. This offering of flesh, blood, life, and breath, to the mandala of Hayagriva, the King, is offered; please partake of it properly. Especially the supreme objects of desire and enjoyment, with an ocean of flesh, blood, and bones, this sacred offering of torma, may Hayagriva and his retinue be pleased. Maha Mamsa Khahi. The offering substances and tuns arising from the Hum syllable, filling all the realms of space, may they appear before the eyes of the wrathful king Hayagriva and his retinue. Hum, with offering water, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, and the sound of various musical instruments, may Hayagriva and his retinue fulfill their samaya. With immeasurable mind-emanated offerings, and manifest arrangements, mantras and mudras, through the blessing of supreme samadhi, may the retinue fulfill their samaya.
