我等五种誓言，为利有情如法行持。贪欲嗔恚与愚痴，我慢以及嫉妒等，五种烦恼本体即是，智慧自性不可舍弃。大便小便与红肉，脑髓以及精液等，五种誓物以无二之理，应当欢喜受持。五蕴以及五大种，五色以及五境五根，五识以及五境五智慧，五佛父与五佛母，交合而知之。金刚部与如来部，宝生部与莲花部，事业部即五佛部，断除懈怠成就禅定。此处仅示现二十八条誓言。后续之事宜，如主尊如何等献曼扎，从今起等，以及回向善根等应当行持。给予弟子灌顶之正行仪轨，因若知自入则可毫不费力领会，且因喜好文字简略，故此处未述说。完毕。吉祥！此书写建造，愿成一切众生，证悟胜义之缘起。玛德所作。 为弟子灌顶之方式。

These five vows, such as "I," I will practice according to the scriptures for the benefit of sentient beings. Attachment, hatred, ignorance, pride, and jealousy, etc., these five afflictions are not to be abandoned as the essence of wisdom itself. Excrement, urine, red flesh, marrow, and semen, etc., these five substances of commitment, should be gladly accepted in a non-dual manner. The five aggregates and the five great elements, the five colors and the five objects, the five senses, the five consciousnesses and the five objects, the five wisdoms, the five Father Buddhas and the five Mother Buddhas, should be united and known. The Vajra family and the Tathagata family, the Ratna family and the Padma family, the Karma family, these five Buddha families, abandoning laziness, accomplish samadhi. Here, only twenty-eight vows are shown. Subsequent actions include offering the mandala, such as "How the main deity," etc., "From today onwards," etc., and dedicating the merits. The actual ritual of empowerment for the disciple is not mentioned here because it is easily understood if one knows self-entry, and because one prefers concise writing. Finished. Auspicious!
