The mother's guiding illusory wheels are eighteen. If the last eight are divided, there are twenty-five. So, after practicing the winds for about a month, practice the emptiness of tummo for seven days, the fighting of the balls for seven days, the main practice for seven days, the guru's tummo for seven days, and wearing clothes for seven days. After that, learn these illusory wheels and practice them repeatedly, without fatigue and without obscurations. Practice each session with its own object of focus. Finally, for each round of illusory wheels, go through all the objects of focus once. If you practice four or six sessions a day without interruption and strive for tummo, immeasurable qualities will surely arise immediately. Now, let's explain the meaning of the summary words: First, untying the knots of the channels: Take the lotus position, with the body posture adjusted. Lift both hands from the knees and insert them into the root of the thighs. Twist the upper body to the left and right seven times each. Second, straightening the channels: The body posture is the same as above. When the hands reach the root of the thighs, exhale while coughing. Keep the hands at the waist, rotate the abdomen to the left and right, and contract the anus. At the same time, twist the upper body slightly to the left and right. After that, alternate heel strikes seven times. This eliminates channel disorders, like combing hair with a comb. Third, gathering into the central channel: If it is a continuation of the previous one, one wind vibration is enough. If it is done separately, the posture is the same as the second one. Clench the hands into fists, stretch them towards the outer thighs, exert force, and perform a pulse beat in the interval between two heel strikes. Do this seven times. Fourth, spreading the channels: Do an exhalation, first the head, then the upper body, then the arms, then the lower body and legs. Massage the legs. In particular, slide and strike the four calves of the arms and legs against each other. These four methods purify the channels. Fifth, standing and stretching: The posture is the same as the second one, but the hands gradually stretch upwards through the ribs, join the palms at the crown of the head, bend the waist backwards, stare downwards, raise the life force upwards, press the Adam's apple hard with the throat, and perform a pulse beat.
