A Concise Guide to Niguma. A Concise Guide to Niguma. A Concise Guide to Niguma is present. The essence of a hundred thousand Dakinis' hearts, is the core instruction of the Six Dharmas, the unsurpassed profound path of liberation. Now, I shall write down those uncommon aspects. Here, the essence of the five classes of tantras, the condensed Niguma Six Dharmas, is concentrated into essential practices. It consists of two parts: preliminaries and the main practice. The first part has two sections: common preliminaries and uncommon preliminaries. The common preliminaries are refuge and bodhicitta. The uncommon preliminary is the purification practice of A's emptiness. The first is: In the expanse of the sky in front, on top of a vast and wide precious throne supported by eight great lions, on a seat of various lotuses, sun, and moon, visualize the essence as the kind root guru, in the form of Vajradhara, with a blue body, one face, two hands holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, legs in vajra posture, adorned with marks and signs, adorned with silk garments and jewels, and think of him as having a joyful, smiling face towards me. To this, I and all sentient beings of the six realms wholeheartedly take refuge, entrusting ourselves with faith, thinking that whatever happiness or suffering arises, the Guru knows best. Together with all sentient beings equal to the sky, I go for refuge to the precious Guru, the embodiment of all refuges: I go for refuge to the Guru Rinpoche! Recite this seven times or as much as possible. The Vajradhara Guru in front dissolves into light and gradually merges into oneself. Visualize that the Guru's heart and one's own mind are inseparable, like water poured into water, and remain still in that state. Bodhicitta: There is not one sentient being equal to the sky who has not been my kind parent. Thinking that I will establish them in the state of union, the great Vajradhara, I vow, reciting from the mouth: For the benefit of all sentient beings, may I attain the state of union, the great Vajradhara. For that purpose, I will practice the profound path, the Niguma Six Dharmas. Recite this about three times. Second, the uncommon preliminary: On the crown of one's head, visualize the kind root guru, radiant with light, with a loving and joyful smile facing oneself, and recite the Buddhas of the three times from the mouth.

Precious Guru, the embodiment of all that is gathered, for the benefit of all sentient beings, please pacify all my illnesses and demonic obstacles, please purify all sins and obscurations, please generate extraordinary samadhi in the mind-stream. Having prayed thus, the Guru dissolved into light and merged into oneself. Purify the head, which is the nature of delusion, and visualize the skull as a white rainbow-light tent. In the center of it is a white triangular Dharma source, with a thin root piercing the throat, a large head pointing upwards, one corner pointing to the treasury, and two corners pointing to the left and right behind the ears. In the center of it is a white "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), radiating light, half appearing above the Dharma source and half submerged inside, hovering without support to the extent possible, and meditate on it as much as possible. Then, from that white "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), a stream of white nectar flows, filling the entire Dharma source and filling the entire body inside and out. Visualize all sins and obscurations being expelled, in the manner of being expelled from the nine orifices and the pores of the skin, emerging as black soot or coal. Also, visualize the nectar being applied to the outside of the body like oil, washing it away and going far underground. Visualize your own body as white and transparent, like a white rainbow, and rest in that state for a while. The great bliss wheel, like a portion of the moon. From the unborn syllable, the sacred. Constantly descends, the nectar of wisdom. Washes away all, stains of defilement. The main practice has six parts: The path of means, bliss-warmth self-ignites. The illusory body, attachment and aversion self-liberate. Dreams, inherent errors self-purify. Clear light, delusion self-awakens. Transference, without meditation, Buddhahood. Bardo, Victorious One's Sambhogakaya. First, the path of means has three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. The preliminary practice, the essential point of the body, the empty space of fire, is: Visualize the root Guru Vajradhara, with a white body, on the crown of your head. Pray to the precious Guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, for the benefit of all sentient beings, please generate the extraordinary samadhi of bliss-warmth in my body, please generate the extraordinary samadhi of bliss-emptiness in my mind. The Guru dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Visualize oneself as Vajrayogini, with a red body, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a curved knife and the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood at the heart, the right leg extended and the left leg slightly bent.
