Rata stvam, āḥ hūṃ. Offer from arghaṃ to śapta. Oṃ su pratiṣṭha, and recite Ye dharma. Day is auspicious, night is auspicious. Scatter flowers with these and play great music. One should not disparage the teacher, one should not transgress the words of the Sugata. Likewise, one should not speak of the faults of one's brothers and sisters in anger. Towards sentient beings, the mind of loving-kindness, one should never abandon. One should not abandon the bodhicitta, one should not disparage the Dharma of oneself and others. To sentient beings who are not yet mature, one should not reveal secrets. One should not disparage one's own aggregates, one should not have doubts about the Dharma, one should not have loving-kindness towards the malicious. One should not measure the limits of the Dharma, one should not deceive fortunate sentient beings. One should always rely on samaya, one should not speak of the faults of women who are the nature of wisdom. As the Lord has commanded, so shall I do. Three times. This secret should not be spoken to anyone. If it is spoken, at that time, a very sharp spear, is in the hand of the yogini, for those who destroy the samaya, pierce them thoroughly with this. Thus, by obtaining the secret empowerment in the Bhaga mandala. Accumulated from beginningless samsara. All the sins of speech are purified.
