If you meditate without connecting in your mind, but in a natural state of breath, then when exhaling, the Tummo blazes; when inhaling, Bodhicitta descends from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable; when abiding, contemplate the tips of the blazing and dripping meeting. There are three parts to this, so when meditating, also teach the three visualization sequences in a combined manner, or in an easy-to-understand way, meditate on them as one visualization, which is the ninth visualization sequence. Thus, Tummo is the yoga of the bindu with method, using one's own body as a means. If any of these three Tummo yogas, even if practiced for a long time, cannot generate the wisdom of bliss and warmth, then one should practice the expelling breath exercises. These are further divided into three types: gathering the winds at the door of the central channel, opening the door of the central channel, and forceful union. The first is further divided into two types. The first breath exercise is to simply relax the body posture and mind, place the hands on the knees, straighten the body, eliminate impure air, inhale upwards, and from the waist, push the air forward as much as possible, and also forcefully bulge the abdomen forward. Then, draw the tip of the secret place's wind towards the back. When exhaling, forcefully pull the back wind backwards and draw the abdomen towards the spine, which is the tenth visualization sequence. The second breath exercise is to maintain the body posture as before, exhale impure air, and repeatedly bend and straighten the central channel, which is the eleventh visualization sequence. These two methods are for gathering the winds at the door of the central channel. Second, opening the door of the central channel is also divided into two types. The first is to maintain the body posture as before, press the air into the abdomen, forcefully bulge it forward, and without leaking air, draw the abdomen towards the spine, which is the twelfth visualization sequence. The second breath exercise is to kneel with both knees on the ground, press the hands on the outside of the left and right kidneys respectively, direct the air into the kidneys, and otherwise do the same as before. Finally, when exhaling, twist the head and upper body to the left and right, which is the thirteenth visualization sequence. These two breath exercises are for opening the door of the central channel. Third, forceful union is divided into two types. The first is to squat down, hold the breath, and press the hands on the pulse of the throat.

Pressing the two channels is the wave of enjoyment, which is the fourteenth stage of visualization. The second is to block the anus with the heel of the right foot, and insert the left hand between the left thigh and buttock, leaning against the cushion. Clench the right hand into a fist and insert it into the left armpit, pressing down with the left arm, holding the vase breath. Vigorously fill the left armpit with air, which is the fifteenth stage of visualization. Again, the right side is the opposite of this, which is the sixteenth stage of visualization. This is the second forced union, and these can move the breath to the left and right. Then, the Vajra recitation: When the breath slowly enters, contemplate it as having the sound of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), and when it abides in the center of the body, contemplate that the letter Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) and dissolution are also included within it. When walking, with the abdomen empty, contemplate it as Buddha Buddha), grasping outwards and making the sound of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), contemplate the sound as equal to the sky. With the sound of "Kapalini," again draw it in from the center, right, and left, and contemplate the stream of Bodhicitta descending from the crown of the head. When abiding, with the sound of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) and offering the life-supporting prana upwards, contemplate that the Bodhicitta fills the entire body. When walking outwards, think of it as accompanied by the sound of Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), and forcefully blow air from the mouth and shake and tremble, which is the seventeenth stage of visualization. That is to perform one round of the eleven-syllable Vajra recitation during the two vase breaths. Thus, up to this point is the completion stage with visualization of the expedient instructions of one's own body. The yoga of bindus with visualization based on another's body, the wisdom mother, should be understood separately. For the completion stage of non-visualization and non-conceptualization, first is the yoga of individually gathering: the body posture should conform to the general key points, and the gaze of the eyes should be upwards, downwards, or straight ahead, watching without moving the eyeballs. Abandon all the scattering of conceptual thoughts in the mind, and relax and abide without fabrication, this is individually gathering. Whatever objects and conceptual thoughts arise, everything does not go beyond the nature of the mind, therefore abiding without fabrication on whatever arises is the yoga of meditation. These two yogas have already been explained in detail in the Dohas of the Great Brahmin.
