瑜伽母续之王佛颅圆满次第。 瑜伽母续之王佛颅圆满次第。 瑜伽母续之王佛颅圆满次第正文。 嗡 斯瓦斯谛！于此修持瑜伽母续之王吉祥佛颅之生圆次第口诀时，生起次第如无畏论释所说，圆满修持二十五尊之现证，或圆满瑜伽之次第，或如主尊单独等口诀修持。若欲修持圆满次第，首先应作守护，即念诵“嗡 佛陀 颅器 呢 阿康 冈 仲 瞬 吽 啪 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཀ་པཱ་ལི་ནི་ཨ་ཁཾ་གྲཾ་དྲུཾ་ཤྲུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्ध कपालिनि अखं ग्रं द्रुं श्रुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kapālini akhaṃ graṃ druṃ śruṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 佛陀 颅器 呢 阿康 冈 仲 瞬 吽 啪)”之咒语。之后，自己瞬间观想为薄伽梵佛颅之身。身之形相为身色青黑色，一面四臂。右第一手持钺刀，左第一手持颅器。剩余两手，右持手鼓，左持卡杖嘎。左足伸展，以半跏趺坐之舞姿，安住于莲花日尸之座垫上。旧之修法及 口诀中，发为黄色竖立。论释中说如胜乐金刚。具有六种骨饰，具头鬘。明妃杂色乐母，身色红色，裸体无饰，以持钺刀及颅器之身拥抱。此乃依于所依之简略生起次第，即一个观修轮。正行中，首先风瑜伽有四种。第一种具微尘边际者，呼气之时，无声极缓，如微尘不沾染般，持续不断地呼出，呼气完毕之时，腹部紧贴脊柱，向外略微用力，此为第二个观修轮。第二种充满者，吸气入内之时，无声极缓，吸气完毕之时，稍稍向内用力，随即向外放出。此为第三个观修轮。第三种僵直者，将气呼出，尽力屏住。眼睛望向天空，此为第四个观修轮。于彼等，随顺气息 之出入，观想光芒之出入。

If you wish to meditate on the completion stage, first you must perform protection by reciting this mantra: "Om Buddha Kapalini Akham Gram Drum Shrum Hum Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་བུདྡྷ་ཀ་པཱ་ལི་ནི་ཨ་ཁཾ་གྲཾ་དྲུཾ་ཤྲུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्ध कपालिनि अखं ग्रं द्रुं श्रुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kapālini akhaṃ graṃ druṃ śruṃ hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 佛陀 颅器 呢 阿康 冈 仲 瞬 吽 啪)". Then, in an instant, visualize yourself as the body of the Bhagavan Buddha Skull. The form of the body is dark blue-black in color, with one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a curved knife, and the first left hand holds a skull cup. The remaining two hands hold a hand drum in the right and a khatvanga in the left. The left leg is extended, and in a half-lotus posture of dance, he sits on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat. In the old sadhana and oral instructions, the hair is yellow and stands upright. In the commentary, it is described as being like Chakrasamvara. He is adorned with six bone ornaments and has a garland of heads. The consort, Various Delightful Mother, is red in color, naked, without ornaments, and embraces with a curved knife and skull cup in her hands. This is the condensed generation stage based on the support, which is one meditation cycle. In the main practice, first, there are four types of wind yoga. The first, with dust-like edges, is when the breath goes out, it is silent and very slow, like dust not sticking, continuously exhaling, and when the exhalation is complete, the abdomen presses against the spine, and slightly forces outward, this is the second meditation cycle. The second, filling, is when the breath comes in, it is silent and very slow, inhaling, and when the inhalation is complete, slightly forcing inward, and then releasing outward. This is the third meditation cycle. The third, stiffening, is when the breath is exhaled, hold it out as much as possible. Look at the sky with your eyes, this is the fourth meditation cycle. In these, in accordance with the movement of the breath, visualize the movement of light.
