The similarity lies in using the example of traveling back and forth in the sky. The third point is that when it is said that thoughts cease, they do not actually cease or disappear. It is only that appearances do not arise because the causes and conditions are not complete. Therefore, the appearance of arising and ceasing is merely established by the mind and is not inherently established. It is introduced by combining it with the example of the sound of clapping hands, etc. In this way, the nature of being free from elaboration and the appearance of being sudden are introduced. The third inconceivable instruction is: to keep the nature of the mind in its original state without any modification, this is one. Whatever appears in the appearances of the five sense consciousnesses, do not make any adjustments to it, and maintain the state of clear and bright awareness, this is two. Whatever thoughts and actions arise, do not deliberately accept or reject them, but let them be natural, this is three. That is, when the scatteredness of the alaya is gathered, the appearance is transformed into the path. When it matures on the path, it abides in the inconceivable. When it is completely mastered, it reaches the ultimate. The meaning of these practices is mostly similar to the common ones, so it is not explained in detail. In the instructions of the Hevajra Marpa tradition, there are also the Me tradition and the Ram tradition, etc., which explain the instructions of the three accomplished ones mixed together. In this lineage transmitted from Ngok Josay Dodé etc., the instructions of Naropa and Maitripa are separated, and the instructions of Shi Zang are divided in detail, and it is clearly pointed out this and that. Although there is no difference in meaning, this tradition is good because it avoids confusion between the words. Although the Me tradition has some additional instructions, it is now lost, so here only the pure part of the Ngok tradition is explained. From the ocean of the Hevajra Tantra, this rabbit of the essence of profound meaning has emerged. Although there is no basis, can it protect the teachings of Marpa and Ngok with skillful words? Although I have not seen even a trace of Marpa's view, I am spreading a large amount of meaningless words on top of praising the collection, claiming that this is the view of Naropa and Marpa, which is strange. Knowing this reason, I have written it down according to the view of the previous masters, without concealment, because I was urged by words, and I have written it down in order to gain faith in the Dharma. The Hevajra instructions
