A Brief Explanation. By the nature of wisdom and means, the two accumulations are gathered. This supreme wisdom also dwells within, along with the outer. In the three realms, with or without cause, there is nothing else apart from this. By the nature of all things, it exists in the manner of ritual. In the Yoga Tantra, the teachings spoken by the Thus-Gone One, such as "Thus I have heard," are the union of the three secrets, means, and wisdom. In the Yogini Tantra, it is called supreme bliss. Therefore, this supreme wisdom of great bliss is manifestly called fire in both the Yoga Tantra and the Yogini Tantra, for the purpose of burning ordinary conceptualizations. The union of wisdom and means, which are non-dual, is the result of accumulating the two accumulations of merit and wisdom. This supreme wisdom of union also intensely dwells in all sentient beings within the outer vessel world, in the manner of Dharma-nature. Therefore, in these three realms, with sentient beings that move and the vessel world that does not move, abandoning this Dharma-nature, there is nothing else at all. For example, the images that appear in a mirror, although they appear as faces and so on, there is nothing else apart from the mirror. Thus it is also said: "Why is it that apart from the realm of Dharma, there is no Dharma? Therefore, the Buddhas consider them to be renunciation, attachment, and so on." Therefore, that which exists as the nature of all things exists in the manner of ritual, that is, the means of practice, that is, it becomes manifest. Chapter Title: From "The Secret of Reality, Extremely Clear," the manifestation of the nature of the Completion Stage as taught in the Yogini Tantra, is the fourth chapter. The "taught" here refers to the way the Completion Stage is taught in the Yogini Tantra, although it is of one essence. The activity of completing the explanation of the third root text: Based on the oral instructions of the Lama, "The Secret of Reality, Extremely Clear," spoken by the wise ones, was made by the disciplined Black Practitioner. The Lama was Jalandharapa, and the wise ones were Sangye and Jangchub.

That is, Bodhisattvas, etc., are spoken of in various Sutras and Tantras. Diligent in vows means abiding in the conduct of the asceticism of wisdom, or abiding in the supreme discipline of immutability, or because there is no learning and conduct more excellent than this. The secret essence is completely revealed. Whatever merit is accumulated by practicing it, may it perfect beings, and may they go to the realm of the Buddhas' activity. The realm of activity is the state of attainment. Going to that place means attaining it. This is called "The Explanation of the Perfection Stage of the Yoga Mother Tantra - The Complete Clarification of the Secret Essence." Spoken by the great Acharya Practitioner, the Venerable Krishnacharya, it is complete. This is a colophon added by later disciples. In the conclusion of Drogmi's translation, it says: "If one has not obtained Hevajra, if one has not obtained all initiations, this revelation of the secret essence should not be taught to them." This was added later in India by some Hevajra Acharyas according to their own wishes, and it is not found in other versions. The Indian Abbot Gayadhara and the Tibetan translator Go Lhatse translated, revised, and finalized it. Later, the great Pandit Sumatikirti and the great Tibetan translator Chokyi Wangchuk revised and finalized it. This is the translation colophon. Regarding this, although translators like Lotsawa Sherab Tsek, Ra Lotsawa Dorje Drakpa, Mal Gyo Lodro Drakpa, Jetsun Drakjor Sherab, etc., did not appear to have made revisions to Go's translation, there is not much difference in translation from Go's translation itself. However, compared to the translation of Dromi, who first translated this text, and other translations by Go and others, there is a significant difference in translation. The object to be expressed is the extremely profound union of the three secrets. The expression is difficult to understand, the basis is the Vajra words. The words of the explanatory text are also very firm, truly the realm of activity of the Vajra of practice. Those known as wise and those who boast of wisdom have not completely explained the three stages of completion. Most intelligent people, although they always show off their intelligence, have not been able to understand the difficult texts and have abandoned them. Do not enter the text of the Vajra of practice, enter

However, those who do not understand even a fraction of the intention, And repeatedly explain the easy-to-understand texts, Those gatherings of fools are revered as wise. May I be one who brings joy to all Buddhas and their heirs, Speaking the essential secret, the supreme words of union, Fearlessly, even if explained for hundreds of kalpas, Like the powerful one who practices asceticism, now appearing here. This secret treasury of all tantras, This key to unlock it hundreds of times, Has made me free with its supreme explanation. May I attain perfect enlightenment through virtue! Thus, this commentary called "The Explanation that Makes the Secret Reality Extremely Clear," also named "Extremely Clear Intent," was spoken by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, blessed with the name 'Practicing Vajra,' also known as Tāranātha of Gyalrong, or by another name, Kunga Nyingpo, at the great hermitage of Jonang, the second Shambhala. May goodness increase! Checked and finalized! Auspicious! By the power of the pure virtue of this effort, When I abandon this body, in glorious Shambhala, May I be well-born into the retinue of the Kalki king, And relying on the profound means that can destroy Life and the pulse that dispels decline together, May I quickly attain the other-empty Tathāgatagarbha! This is the aspiration made by one who possesses the four reliances. To the Kalachakra Guru, inseparable, With reverence, I pray for refuge; by the power of this new white virtue, May I become a son of the Kalki in Shambhala, And greatly benefit all teachings and beings. Made by Mati. "The Explanation that Makes the Secret Reality Extremely Clear: Extremely Clear Intent."
