恭敬地对待他们，如同供养和赞美真正的佛陀一样。所有的僧众都是我的代表。所有的神圣佛法都是真实可靠的教诲。愿你们圆满发愿，以果位利益众生。与莲花生大士住在西藏没有区别。对于有缘分、有器量、有福报的人， 莲花生大士就在门边，却未曾显现。对于没有器量、邪见、属于魔族的人，即使永远不分离地相处，也没有任何益处。一切都完全取决于业缘。对于不持守清净戒律、不是调伏的器皿的人，不要努力利他，也不是菩萨道。不守护誓言，就不是密宗瑜伽士。不依止上师，就没有自生佛。因此，如同佛陀的教诲所说，以及上师所说的真实意义一样，以身、语、意三门坚定地信奉和修行。修持神圣佛法必定会有障碍，不要被希望和恐惧的征兆所左右，要把逆缘视为成就的助伴。在这短暂的人生和世间显现中，没有什么是多余的，所以不要执着，要知足。不要对心中所想的进行评判和思辨，不要做无耻的事情，要谨慎。朋友是无常的，如同做生意时的客人一样，不会长久相伴，身心分离。受用是无常的，如同草尖上的露珠一样，福报耗尽时，药物也会变成毒药。一切都是无常的，如同昨晚的梦一样，如果仔细观察和思考，没有任何实质。修持是有意义的，因为佛法是究竟的归宿，所以要皈依三宝。他们永远不会欺骗你，会以慈悲来救护你。如果没有僧众，就没有佛法的基础，因此，十方三世的一切诸佛，都是依靠圣僧而出现的。要把上师视为唯一的皈依处。如果自己没有信心和业缘，即使亲眼见到佛陀，也会错误地理解。因此，要以正念和清净的显现，坚定不移地守护誓言，无论对谁有信心，都不要改变。愿所有居住在三界轮回中的众生，从无始以来没有不是自己父母的。因此，要以利益和安乐他人的纯净发心，通过善行来救护一切众生。我的这些口诀是心髓，永远不要忘记，要铭记在心。如果按照我的话去做，佛法和众生的福祉将会增长。莲师口诀第十章结束。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，誓言）。上师的心语口诀第十章，不要传播，要像珍宝一样埋藏在地下。未来五浊恶世之时，

Treat them with reverence, as if offering and praising the actual Buddha. All the Sangha are my representatives. All the sacred Dharma is the true and reliable teaching. May you perfect your aspirations and benefit beings with the fruition. There is no difference from Padmasambhava residing in Tibet. For those who are karmically connected, have the capacity, and are fortunate, Padmasambhava is at the door, yet does not appear. For those who lack capacity, have wrong views, and belong to the demon clan, even if they stay together inseparable, there is no benefit. Everything depends entirely on karmic connections. For those who do not uphold pure discipline and are not vessels for taming, do not strive for benefiting others, nor is it the Bodhisattva path. Not guarding vows is not secret mantra yoga. Without relying on a Lama, there is no self-born Buddha. Therefore, as the Buddha's teachings say, and as the Lama's words of true meaning say, with body, speech, and mind, firmly believe and practice. Practicing the sacred Dharma will surely have obstacles, do not be swayed by signs of hope and fear, but know that adverse conditions are helpers for accomplishment. In this brief life and worldly appearance, nothing is unnecessary, so do not be attached, be content. Do not judge or speculate on what arises in the mind, do not do shameless things, be cautious. Friends are impermanent, like guests during business, they will not stay long, body and mind separate. Enjoyment is impermanent, like dew on the grass, when merit is exhausted, medicine also turns into poison. Everything is impermanent, like last night's dream, if you observe and think carefully, there is no essence. Practice is meaningful, because Dharma is the ultimate refuge, so take refuge in the Three Jewels. They will never deceive you, they will protect you with compassion. If there is no Sangha, there is no foundation of the Dharma, therefore, all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, arise relying on the Holy Sangha. Regard the Lama as the sole refuge. If you do not have faith and karmic connection, even if you see the Buddha in person, you will misunderstand. Therefore, with mindfulness and pure appearance, firmly guard your vows, no matter who you have faith in, do not change. May all sentient beings residing in the three realms of samsara, from beginningless time, have not been our parents. Therefore, with the pure intention of benefiting and bringing happiness to all, protect all sentient beings through virtuous actions. These instructions of mine are the heart essence, never forget them, keep them in your heart. If you act according to my words, the welfare of Dharma and beings will increase. May you, the present incarnation of the translator, meet with one named 'Power,' and may it be for the glory of the Buddha's teachings and beings! Samaya! Secret! Hidden! Profound! Sealed! Guhya! The immortal teachings of longevity, Yungdrung Lingpa, attained accomplishment. These are the words of Orgyen (Oḍḍiyāna) the Omniscient Vajra of the Three Times, this oral instruction is the nectar in the eyes of those who desire liberation. Sonam Tseten made offerings with faith, and with this inexhaustible Dharma donation, may the minds of all beings be free from the stains of the two obscurations, and become vessels for the nectar of the three vehicles of the sacred Dharma. May all effortlessly in the primordial ground, become one taste with the intention of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra)! This was also said by the Knowing Incarnation. Om Svasti! May this treatise, which completely explains the common and extraordinary stages of the path, and unravels the knots of the Vajra words, become a wondrous treasure for bestowing inexhaustible Dharma to those with great wisdom and fortune. May the pure light born from the aspiration and activities of the lord of the four assemblies and ten virtues, the Dharma King (referring to the尊者) and his retinue, awaken the innate awareness and enrich the field of the mind of wisdom. By sowing the seeds of maturation well, nurturing them with pith instructions, eliminating the obstacles of faults, and increasing qualities. May it continuously grow and bear abundant fruit!
