贝拉普秀头（Byi la pu shud mgo，名称），大权忿怒四部尊及佛母，威慑忿怒八尊及忿怒母八尊，掌权忿怒母四尊及护法众，莲师语之诸神众，祈请降临此处，为有缘弟子们，赐予身语意之加持，平息身语意之罪障、违缘与障碍，以及一切不顺之境。祈请加持身体，赐予光辉，身之显现皆化为本尊；祈请加持语，赐予梵音，令脉气音声转为咒语；祈请加持意，赐予乐空智慧，令一切显现于法性中解脱。祈请立即赐予一切殊胜与共同成就！ 舍（Hrīḥ，种子字） 莲师忿怒金刚等合一，最后念诵：身语意，一切成就，帕拉，吽（Kāya bāka citta sarva siddhi phala hūm，藏文，梵文天城体：काय वाक चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल हुं，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala huṃ，汉语字面意思：身语意，一切成就，果，吽）。将朵玛置于三处。观想的连接一次即可。伏藏原文的章节本身累积数量。在广略两种仪轨的最后，由此，身语意的灌顶和加持同时获得。有权修持生圆次第瑜伽。发愿成为获得果位三身无别自性身之有缘者。以吉祥语加持。散花，说各种吉祥语。如是，莲师马头明王灌顶之甚深加持精华朵玛灌顶圆满。根本金刚语中说：‘由此可修本尊，念诵咒语，有权修持禅定，令身语意三成熟，消除一切障碍，获得成就，是为圆满大权。’如是所说，威力加持巨大，故对暂时消除疾病、邪魔、障碍有甚深殊胜之处，最终能轻易获得两种成就，与大圆满及成熟之法无有差别，故铭记于心，简略持守誓言，承诺跟随念诵。以‘主尊如何’等语承诺誓言等，如灌顶后行仪轨。享用荟供，布施残食等，如事业总纲。之后，供养赞颂忏悔随喜，祈请宽恕，祈请安住。朵玛之智慧尊返回本位，誓言尊融入光中，化为甘露之海，享用后获得两种成就。如是思维。咒语最后念诵：一切成就，帕拉，霍（sarva siddhi phala ho，藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व सिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：sarva siddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：一切成就，果，霍），享用朵玛的一部分。收摄回向发愿。

Bhiyala Pushu Head (Byi la pu shud mgo, name), the Great Powerful Wrathful Four Families with their consorts, the Subduing Wrathful Eight Deities and Eight Wrathful Mothers, the Empowering Four Wrathful Mothers and the Assembly of Dharma Protectors, all the deities of the Lotus Speech, please gather here and bestow upon these fortunate disciples the blessings of body, speech, and mind, pacify all sins, obscurations, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances of body, speech, and mind. Please bless the body, bestow the supreme empowerment of glory and body, may all appearances of the body arise as deities. Please bless the speech, bestow the supreme empowerment of Brahma's voice and speech, may the channels, winds, and sounds transform into mantras. Please bless the mind, bestow the great empowerment of bliss and emptiness wisdom, may whatever arises be liberated into the expanse of Dharma nature. Please bestow all supreme and common siddhis upon us right now! Hrīḥ (seed syllable) Padmāntakṛta (莲师忿怒金刚) etc. combined into one, at the end recite: Kāya bāka citta sarva siddhi phala hūm (藏文，梵文天城体：काय वाक चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：body, speech, mind, all accomplishments, phala, hūm). Place the torma in three places. One connection of visualization is sufficient. Accumulate the number of verses in the treasure text itself. At the end of both the extensive and concise versions, thereby, the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, and mind are simultaneously obtained. One has the authority to practice the yoga of the two stages. Aspire to be one who has the fortune to obtain the essence of the three kāyas inseparable from the nature of reality. Consecrate with auspicious words. Scatter flowers and speak various auspicious words. Thus, the profound blessing essence of the glorious Hayagrīva empowerment, the torma empowerment, is well completed. From the root Vajra speech, it is said: 'Thereby, one can practice deity yoga, recite mantras, have the authority to practice samādhi, ripen the three doors of body, speech, and mind, eliminate all obstacles, and obtain siddhis, it is the complete great empowerment.' As it is said, its power and blessings are great, therefore it has profound and special qualities for temporarily eliminating illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles, and ultimately it easily obtains the two siddhis, there is no difference between the great perfection and the method of ripening, therefore keep it in mind, briefly uphold the vows, and promise to recite after me. With 'How the main deity' etc., promise the vows etc., as in the general post-empowerment ritual. Enjoy the tsok, offer the leftovers etc., as in the general guidelines for activities. Afterwards, offering praise, confession, rejoicing, requesting forgiveness, requesting forbearance, and accomplishing. The wisdom beings of the torma depart. The samaya beings dissolve into light and swirl into an ocean of nectar, by enjoying it, the two types of siddhis are obtained. Think like this. At the end of the mantra recite: Sarva siddhi phala ho (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व सिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：sarva siddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：all accomplishments, phala, ho), and enjoy a portion of the torma.
