Hayagriva's body color is like a red coral mountain, with a red fundamental face, a white right face, and a blue left face. On the top of the head is a green horse head neighing. The mouth is open, the tongue is rolled, the teeth are bared, and the beard, eyebrows, and hair are burning red like fire. Alternatively, the six arms, the three right hands hold a sword, a khatvanga (celestial staff), and a club, while the three left hands hold a red human skin, a bell, and an iron hook. Five dry skulls are adorned with jewels on top, and three strings of skull necklaces adorn the neck. The upper body is covered with lion and yak skin, the waist is tied with elephant skin, and the lower body is covered with a tiger skin skirt. The body is smeared with blood lasso and ashes, and adorned with five kinds of snakes and six kinds of bone ornaments. The head is adorned with a garuda, with glorious wings, wearing a silk cloak and a vajra armor. The consort Padma Gzidan Ma is adorned with five seals, embracing the deity holding a khatvanga and a skull cup. She has nine dance postures, and her four feet are spread out in a standing posture. On the right is a cat-headed consort holding a khatvanga and a skull cup; on the left is a mongoose-headed consort holding an iron hook and a skull cup. According to 'Nyingpo Dondue', the rest is the same as above, with six arms, the three right hands holding a khatvanga entwined with snakes and a raised sword, and the three left hands holding a bell, a skull cup, and an iron chain. The wrathful consorts on the left and right can be omitted. The rest is the same as before. Abiding in the midst of burning wisdom flames, the three places (forehead, throat, heart) are marked with Om (oṃ, seed syllable, body), Ah (āḥ, seed syllable, speech), and Hum (hūṃ, seed syllable, mind). From the heart of the master (Vajracarya) and his mandala retinue, immeasurable light radiates. From the Ogmin paradise, the great free-play charnel ground, the minds of the Hayagriva deity and his retinue are stimulated. Inviting the deity, mantra, and mudra in the form of light filling the sky, please generate unwavering faith in your three doors. At the end of the heart mantra, add 'Jnana abeshaya a ah' (wisdom merges into a ah) and recite, accompanied by incense and musical instruments, descending blessings. Generate faith in the steadfastness of the wisdom deity. Recite 'Tishta Vajra' (stay firm vajra) and place the vajra on the head. Holding the empowerment torma (wangtor), the outer container is a powerful and freely burning palace in the shape of a moon, the inner essence is the mandala of Hayagriva playing, as well as the emanation retinue and attendants, the blessings and glory are blazing, the powerful horse neighing is clear and loud, the forehead has a white Om (oṃ, seed syllable, body), the throat has a red Ah (āḥ, seed syllable, speech), and the heart has a blue Hum (hūṃ, seed syllable, mind), abiding in the nature of the union of the three vajras of all Buddhas. Pray with devotion, and light radiates from the Om on the forehead. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
