Increasing Life Activities Vajra, Death Ransom. Homage to the Lama, Protector, Amitayus! Having prostrated to the stainless feet, I write down the ripening empowerment of the secret essence, the Lotus Life Practice. Here, within the Mind Practices, through the Guru Peaceful Longevity Practice, if one wishes to benefit others, then in a suitable place, upon a platform, arrange an eight-petaled lotus mandala, in the center of which place five heaps of grains, and upon them place a vase filled with essence, adorned with a neck cord and ornaments. In front of it, place a vajra and a mirror; to the right, longevity pills and longevity wine; behind it, a longevity torma in the shape of a vase; to the left, a banner with eight arrows. Around the perimeter, arrange medicine, rakta, tormas, and offerings. In front of the master, arrange a vajra, bell, hand drum, and scattered flowers. Preliminary offering.
