Tsa. dinamekena hum phet hum. Offer three times with Saparivara etc. Hum. Arising as a form blazing from the realm of Dharma! Powerful and mighty, the Black Vajra! Assembly of oath-bound ones, brothers and sisters! Please come here with your retinue, by the power of your commitment! Outer, inner, secret offerings, medicine, rakta, balimta, Enemies, obstacles, flesh, blood, and all desired substances, Appearing in each of your minds as you wish, This great cloud of wondrous and delightful offerings, To repay the good deeds done in the past, And to accomplish the four activities without negligence in the future, I offer it to grant the desired attainments, Please accept and enjoy it with great joy, May it spread the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings, Especially for us, the teachers, students, and retinue, May we have no sickness, unchanging life, glory, May fame and wealth be as high as the ocean, May all the attacks of unruly demons and enemies be pacified, May the ocean of various activities be accomplished as desired. May the victory banner that triumphs in all directions be raised, Until enlightenment, please protect and guard us! Thus, offer the torma and pray for the desired purpose. Alternatively, precede with the blessings of the three syllables (Om Ah Hum) and mantra offerings. Oaths of the ocean of protectors! Please accept this offering of Torma! Etc., it is also acceptable to offer the Torma in a clean place. For thanksgiving, Om Shri Vajradharmapala Saparivara Argham (श्री वज्रधर्मपाल सपरिवार अर्घं, śrī vajradharmapāla saparivāra arghaṃ, glorious Vajra Protector of Dharma and retinue, offering of water) up to Shabda (शब्द, śabda, sound), to Heruka Palchen Ngara. As you have vowed, now here, Protecting and upholding the teachings, I praise all the oath-bound ones! Thus, offer and praise. Because of not finding, being incomplete, Or being unable to do so, Whatever mistakes were made here, Please forgive them all. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra to purify faults. If there is a representation, Here, together with the form, Residing in samsara, Please grant us health, long life, power, and All supreme things! Om Supratishtha Vajra Ye Svaha (ॐ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्र ये स्वाहा, oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā, may the vajra be well established). Thus, dissolve both the Samaya and Jnana beings. If there is no representation, Om! You accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, Grant the corresponding attainments! Please go to the Buddha's pure land, And then come again! Vajra Muh (वज्र मुः, vajra muḥ, Vajra Hum). The wisdom being departs, the samaya being dissolves into me. For the worldly protectors: Gaccha Gaccha Svabhavanam (गच्छ गच्छ स्वभावानां, gaccha gaccha svabhāvānāṃ, go, go to your own place) let them return to their respective places. May I quickly, through this merit, Attain the state of Heruka Palchen, May all beings without exception, Be placed in that state. Thus, dedicate the merit. 岁首之供养。 三密不变大乐金刚心，如意宝树赐予众生利乐，祈愿根本传承上师吉祥！ 法身虚空中，无量色身之云，显现寂怒百态之舞，降下成就一切所愿之雨，祈愿本尊坛城众吉祥！ 嘿汝嘎（Heruka，忿怒尊）威德悲心之舞，以极难忍受之暴烈光辉，彻底摧毁黑色眷属与利爪，祈愿吉祥炽燃玛哈嘎拉（Mahākāla，大黑天）！ 胜者教令之执行者，具足无与伦比之猛烈，断灭魔军，如子般守护殊胜成就者，以四种事业护持教法，祈愿誓盟海众吉祥！ 如是等应诵吉祥之语。此乃简略汇集之誓盟总护供仪轨，为便于恒常修持，由持明不变金刚（Rigdzin Gyurme Dorje）于拉萨度母洲之山岗所造。愿一切吉祥！

Offerings at the beginning of the year. The unchanging great bliss Vajra mind of the three secrets, the wish-fulfilling tree bestowing benefit and happiness to beings, may the root and lineage lamas be auspicious! In the sky of the Dharmakaya, clouds of countless Rupakayas, manifesting the dance of a hundred peaceful and wrathful forms, showering down the rain of all desired siddhis, may the Yidam deity assembly be auspicious! The dance of Heruka's glorious compassion, with unbearable fierce radiance, utterly destroying the black retinue and claws, may the glorious blazing Mahākāla be auspicious! The enforcer of the Victorious One's command, possessing unbearable ferocity, cutting down the armies of demons, protecting the supreme achievers like a child, protecting the teachings with the four activities, may the ocean of oath-bound ones be auspicious! Thus, one should recite auspicious words. This is a সংক্ষিপ্ত compilation of the general Torma ritual for the oath-bound ones, composed by Rigdzin Gyurme Dorje on the hill of Lhadrön in Lhasa, for the sake of easy engagement in constant practice.
