After reciting, visualize the immeasurable assembly of wisdom, activities, and worldly Dharma protectors, performing the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating. The meaning of the mantra: Starting with Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Perfection), Mahākāla, etc., should be understood according to other rituals. Secondly, as the lord or basis of all common activities, benefiting oneself and others through the practice of longevity. Among them, there are two parts: showing the object of meditation and explaining the meaning of the mantra to be recited. First, the skull cup in one's own hand is the essence of the longevity goddess, and the vase is the essence of the longevity father. From the two, emanate white, yellow, red, green, and blue longevity mothers, holding an arrow and ribbon in the right hand, and a vase in the left hand. Rays of light radiate like sunlight. First, gather all of one's own diminished, depleted, and stolen longevity like a magnet attracting iron, and absorb it into the body from the crown of the head. Second, the four great elements of earth, water, fire, and wind that are pervaded, and the sky that can pervade, that is, the essence and merit of the outer world, all transform into five-colored light and merge into the body. Third, the life and merit of sentient beings are transformed into light and absorbed. Fourth, the blessings of the Buddhas, including their retinues, merge into oneself inseparably in the form of rainbows, light, bindus, letters, seed syllables (藏文:ས་བོན,梵文天城体:बीज,梵文罗马拟音:bīja,汉语字面意思:seed), and hand gestures, thereby obtaining the vajra life of freedom. After visualizing in this way, recite. Second, the meaning of the mantra: Starting with Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Perfection), Vajra Guru Padma means Vajra Master Padmasambhava, Siddhi means accomplishment, Āyuṣe means longevity, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) is the seed syllable (藏文:ས་བོན,梵文天城体:बीज,梵文罗马拟音:bīja,汉语字面意思:seed) of wisdom life, Nṛ is the basis of worldly life, and Jaḥ is to summon these essences of life. Thus, the order of recitation and visualization is briefly described. Third, in the yoga of the clear light of one's own mind, there are two types: with form and without form. First, as the ritual says, 'The body should be straight,' etc. Visualize oneself as Vajra Garland, in the emptiness and luminosity of one's own nature, clearly visualize the three channels and four chakras, and expel impure air. The Khaṭvāṅga in the left hand is the essence of Mandāra, transforming into the form of red light and great bliss, entering from one's nostrils, touching the tummo of the navel chakra, the tummo being in the form of the letter A, and the flame burning. The flame becomes larger and larger, melting the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the crown chakra, drawn by the melting nectar, focusing on this bliss, and practicing the vase breathing combined with visualization as much as possible. Second, as the ritual says, 'Rest in the ungrasping awareness,' the mind is free from all elaborations of the three times, and rests in the great perfection of clear light, the union of awareness and emptiness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then enter into equipoise. The third part is the subsequent activities, including dissolving the deity into clear light and the arising yoga. First, at the end of the session, all appearances and existence dissolve into light and merge into the mandala. Then, the mandala merges into oneself, oneself into the jnanasattva (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ།, wisdom being). The jnanasattva merges into the thuksog (Tibetan: ཐུགས་སྲོག, heart essence). The thuksog merges into the thigle (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, bindu). The thigle merges into the extremely subtle three-curved nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད,Sanskrit Devanagari: nada, Sanskrit Romanization: nada, sound). Finally, the nada also dissolves into the unborn state like lightning disappearing into the sky. Like this, newly generate the emptiness through visualization and merge it with one's own primordial great emptiness, which is free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, and enter into equipoise. When arising from the session, just as a bubble arises from water, from the realm of union, one's own self arises as the wheel of the mandala, and all appearances, sounds, and thoughts are viewed as the play of the deity, mantra, and wisdom. Then perform the dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers. By practicing in this way, one will definitely quickly attain the omniscient wisdom. Here it is said: Like a string of stars, the revealer of treasures, The form of the first profound treasure. Appears again at the end of time, Shining in the ocean of the guide's mind. Such wonderful interdependent power, May the power of the teachings and beings, Like the return of the golden age, Abide as the joy of the fortunate ones. This essence of profound instructions, which combines the profound secret three roots into one practice, was also personally given oral instructions by the supreme Vajradhara, and he granted a table of contents and instructed me to record it. Therefore, Mipham Jamyang Gyatso, who is fortunate enough to be nourished by the nectar from the venerable one's mouth, recorded it without any personal fabrication, may it fulfill the wishes of all fortunate ones who seek the truth of the path! Auspicious! Auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
